Thanks for looking digi is there a difference between pineapple and grapefruit juice apart from the taste? I have got some tins of pineapple in the cupboard for the dogs but I'm sure they wont mind.

Hi Weimy you should drink grapefruit juice before OV to help with CM and pineaple juice after ov and through the 2ww to help with implantation. i hate grapefruite juice, even tried the pink one but its awful, yak thinking about it now makes me want to heave.

Welcome hardertokidnap. Having pcos doesn't mean you can't get pg. There are plenty of women on here who have concieved with pcos. I have 40 day cycles and polycystic ovaries (but not pcos), which explains length of my cycles. I also have ds who was conceived after 4 cycles of ttc. I'd been charting for the last two so we finally got the timing right. Hopefully, after you've been charting a few cycles you'll get to know what your body is doing and it won't be too long for you. Perhaps you only just ovulated on cd21 or even just after, hence the low progesterone.

Sorry that all my catch ups are a bit short and sweet. My mind is elsewhere at the moment, one of my friends has had her baby today and although I?m obviously so happy for her, it brings home just how much I want to be a mum.

Well I thought AF was coming - I am sure it will tomorrow but no sign yet apart from a dip in temps. This is a long cycle for me - if I had not been charting I would be concerned with no AF but I know I OVd late this month and always have 14 lp phase. Will see what tomorrow brings xx wave to all xx

Another new one for the thread.

I've been TTC#1 since October 2009. We started timing everything (using CBFM) from March 2010.

We've gone to the docs and DP's sperm analysis came back fine which is a relief. I have my day 3 blood test on Friday and had the day 20ish (can't remember now!) in early December.

I'm naturally optimistic and still think there's nothing wrong and it's just bad luck but it's sometimes hard to maintain that optimism.

I keep reading all these things which make me think I'm going to find it harder e.g. My birth weight was low birth (under 5lb - because I'm a twin), I'm O blood type, I'm not young (32).

Also my twin has had problems in the past. She's never TTC but she stopped ovulating for about 1 year and they found a cyst. Things are not totally back to normal for her.

Also - 16 months!!

Anyway, I've bought a thermometer and this month I'm going to chart. I've discovered fertility friend and might ask your help in interpreting it as I don't really know what I'm doing/looking for.

Evening all. I am in a good mood because I just had a lesson with my hunky tennis instructor! (He's only 21 )

Also had a text from a friend that her daughter was born, I don't feel any resentment, just happy for her but I think its because she took a year to conceive and I found out she was PG before we were even trying.

Does anyone use pre seed here? How often do you use it? I've bought some this month, and was thinking just use it when I get my positive opk's, as I seem to get 2 positives and then ov the next day. Don't want to be faffing around with it all the time!

How's everyone doing? I am Ok but have a nasty cold and I am feeling manky and congested.

I am really fascinated now I am on my second cycle of charting to see how today's drop in temp has replicated more-or-less last month's drop.

I have also started drinking grapefruit juice this month to see if that makes a difference to my EWCM.

Here is my chart in case anyone is interesting in it.

AuntieDoris It is cool looking at the overlay and seeing how the patters of temps go eh! (link above for mine)

Although they are all over the place with waking up, the pattern is v similar. Definitely fascinating! :)

Tory I've never used pre seed but from what I've heard from others it's ok. You could just use it a couple times before pos opk to make sure there's some swimmers up there.

Can someone have a look at my chart please. I really thought I would have OV'd by now, but FF hasn't said that I have... Do you think maybe I won't this month? My cycles are normally 24/5 days long...

terrys am going to wait till fri (she says!)

Have PMT and cramps so I think it is a given that I am out this month, temp dropped slightly today (but did have to get up and let the dogs in at four and then didn't get back to sleep, took temp at 6.30.)

Hello ladies, I'd banned myself from MN for a while after my BFP and the saga of the bleeding but I have been lurking.

Sadly, even though we saw a heartbeat at 8 weeks it was discovered our baby had died at our 12 week scan today. That's 2 babies in 6 months. I'm booked in for an ERPC on Thursday.
