chocolatebuttonthief - thanks for the note of hopeSmile

Iggly - Hope you get some SWI scheduled for today and best of luck!! Its great to be able to pinpoint ovulation, its reassuring to know you're not missing out the important days - it just wouldn't suit my personality to leave it to chance, although I can see that it is a sensible laid back approach to take if you can.

I'm sure you are right about the ovulation sticks xstitch as you know your own cycle, I was basing my comment from a time when I used them but didn't get a positive for ovulation that month. And it turned out based on the following month that I had started just 1 day too late. It was a bit annoying!

hi vegasmum, they are a bit under 100 pounds to buy. the sticks are between 10 pounds and £7.50 per month (cheaper on amazon). they're easy to use. It takes the guesswork away certainly but its a bit of an extravagance given the cost.

Oop, standing room only it seems now! Well coming into day 4 of my cycle and i can say it is already killing me the wait for my surge of LH and SWI to begin!

Boody hell, shit really has hit the fan at my end recently, gonna unload if thats ok? Well me and DP are looking at moving out of where we are now to closer to work, fair enough, would like to do it march but Sept is looking the likely bet, hopefully when i i will be heavily pregnant too - antenatal care is better where we are looking to move too. However, my DP has thrown into the mix maybe relocating to Gibraltar, just a suggestion but still a tempting one and atm i am just in between a rock and a hard place. Gibraltar would be fantastic and cheap too, but where would that leave our ttc plans a bit later and nothing is more important to me than family! So confused tbh

And i have heartburn hmph!

Hiya, I realise I am a bit late in catching this bus but I have run for miles, caught a train, flagged down a taxi, nicked a postman's bike in the end to catch you up and here I am hammering on the door asking to be let in!! I don't mind standing! Grin

We are ttc dc2. We currently have a ds aged 3 and half. Would like to be pg asap before age gap gets any bigger.

Unfortunitely my periods have been all over the place sinc ds was born. Sometimes 29 days apart, other times 35 days apart, sometimes as much as 40 days apart so I never know really when my fertile days are.

Last AF was 5th of December which really doesn't mean anything as I have no idea when I am due on again. We have been ttc throughout December but this is our first month of trying. Hope it's going will for everyone and we all step off the bus with new babies in our arms.

I am a newbie to this although a very old mumsnetter (not in age, just years on MN) and not wanting to be outed !

DH and I have been uming and ahing about this for a while now as we already have 3 DC's. We've decided to give ourselves until April and if it doesn't happen then we will just stay as we are.

So enough about me ................. off to catch up now !

hiddenme · 10/01/2011 11:22

Oh and TTC4 CD2 UCL ? (No idea on UCL as this is first month off of pill)

yoshimigalloway · 10/01/2011 12:14

Hi, I think i'm on CD26 now. i guess i'm due on in the next few days. I haven't been feeling any different really, although have been noting down possible symptoms. I'm not temping or anything just looking out for signs - I had sharp pains in my left side on CD11 and a little EWCM on CD13. DTD a few times around the right times so who knows?! It all seems a little hit and miss timing ov but I guess that's why people take temps ect.

chocolatebuttontheif here, I've namechanged. Hi to KnitternotTwitter and hiddenme

knitter were there many BFPs on the September bus?

cep · 10/01/2011 14:27

Hi all. Hope everyone is ok. welcomenewbies.

innocent ooh gibralter would be lovely. How long would you be there for?? Would you have a job there?? Babies are allowed to fly from about 3-4 months old. If there's no job there for you (assuming dh would have one) wouldn't it be the perfect time?

Well decided to start testing with OPK today and hopefully get a better handle on my cycle this month at least.

KnitterNotTwitter · 10/01/2011 14:58

secondwaves there was about 7 reported BFP's on the Sept bus... with still quite a few people on the bus...

cep · 10/01/2011 16:21

fx this is a lucky bus for us all.

arabella36 · 10/01/2011 19:22

Good luck with the OPK-ing xstitch

sevendwarves · 10/01/2011 21:53

KnitternotTwitter that's pretty good then. I was just curious, there had only been 2 when i left. Hopefully this bus will be just as successful if not more!

xstitch I'll also be doing OPK's from tomorrow.

pookypup · 10/01/2011 22:12

Oh dear, think I made a newbie error. Does CD mean cycle day? Think I've posted my cycle number instead Blush. Doh!
