AF has arrived. Day bloody 26!!!??? Angry My cycles are getting shorter. Sure I ov'd on CD16 aswell. aaaaaarghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I need chocolate, wine and cheese in large quantities.

Hows everyone doing today?

KLou111 · 22/10/2010 10:37

OMG Emmylou!!! Sounds promising, good luck tomorrow with the next test. Aren't the internet cheapies a godsend??? Means we can all test away :)

Well, I've still got a dull ache in my right side of my belly so hopefully something good is going on Hmm

Greeneyes I'm with you there, lets just all chip in and buy Threshers!!! Sorry AF has arrived though x

LadyGoneGaga · 22/10/2010 10:46

Congrats Emmylou! Hope you got a sticky one this time!

Greeneyes early RTD sucks. Do you get another go this bus? Have a big glass of wine.

Klou sounds like could be ov. I normally ov around day 21 or so. Have you got EWCM going on?

KLou111 · 22/10/2010 10:54

LadyGoneGaga sounds promising, thought I may be too late for OV, but if that's the case.....
It's all confusing regarding the EWCM as I used to have it when I was on the pill, but since I came off at the end of August, I haven't. What does that mean I wonder?

LadyGoneGaga · 22/10/2010 11:01

It might just take your body a little while for your hormones to settle after being on the pill for a while. Have you gone, ahem, looking for it? I have to have a bit of a rummage sometimes. Try sort of squeezing cervix together between two fingers. Although it is a bit hard to distinguish from the sperm Grin although there are ways... I do charting so obsessed with temps and looking for the stuff.

queenrollo · 22/10/2010 11:08

Sad held our beautiful 14 year old dog in my arms yesterday afternoon while the vet put her to sleep. I've cried so much i look like i've been punched in the face.
My dad came round this morning and helped us put her to rest in the garden. Other dog is moping.
This is awful, i have never had to do anything so heart-wrenching in my whole life.

And i think i OV'd yesterday so unlikely i'll be getting PG this cycle because as you can probably understand it's not top of our list right now.

KLou111 · 22/10/2010 11:10

LMAO!!!!

Not gone looking for it, that may be a job for today. Will have to hubby away from there til later Wink

KLou111 · 22/10/2010 11:13

So sorry queenrollo :(
14 years is a long time, is part of the family. We've had our dog 8 years, would be gutted if anything happened to him, even if he is a little shit.
She had a good life, you've just got remember that she's not suffering. Thinking of you x

LadyGoneGaga · 22/10/2010 11:14

Oh Queenrollo, it's awful when a much loved pet dies. They really do feel like one of the family. I was heartbroken when my childhood dog died when I was at uni Sad

MorayRose · 22/10/2010 12:08

Afternoon ladies,

Still no sign so I am testing this evening - trying not to get too excited.

So sorry Queenrollo. Dogs really do become such a big part of your family. Try to have a peaceful weekend.

Sounding good Emmylou.

fledtoscotland · 22/10/2010 13:00

Massive hugs queenrollo - my dogs are my babies as well as my DC.

Teds77 · 22/10/2010 13:35

Lots of huges queenrollo Sad Sad Sad

Congrats Emmylou have fingers and toes crossed for you and for morayrose's test this evening.

Greeneyesbigbottom · 22/10/2010 14:17

queenrollo MASSIVE ((((hugs)))))

I'm so sorry. I know how much my fur baby means to me and as much as you try to prepare yourself its heartbreaking.xxxx

emmylou a faint line IS a line! Congratulations Grin

KLou111 · 22/10/2010 15:54

Well, apparently according to online ovulation calculators I am in my most fertile period now.

As I have only had one post-pill-period, I can only go off my 1st month cycle length.

I hope that pain in my belly, that is slightly still there, is something good:)

ravenlocks · 22/10/2010 15:55

Hi everyone,

Phew! Just caught up on 6 pages of the bus. So fab to see so many lovely new passengers and getdown as a grad. Congrats and good luck emmylou. So sorry about your dog, queenrollo.

Over here I am on the 2WW, don't actually know when exactly I ovulated this month but I am pretty sure it was either last Thurs/ Fri or Sat. I told myself absolutely no charting this month and much less obsessing - and that is why I haven't been reading or posting all that much. BUT I couldn't resist a sneaky pee on a OPK stick on Thursday last week and got a positive. So I am either 6,7 or 8 DPO. Managed to DTD most days of the fertile window, apart from one. I am feeling quite optimistic, but not sure why. I actually feel pretty optimistic each month, wonder how long that will last!?

Just logged onto facebook for the first time in a while and one of my friends is commenting on her (unborn) baby kicking, 2 are commenting on how proud they are of their little ones sleeping through the night/ taking their injections well and one has announced the arrival of their first and launched about 50 phtots of a newborn on their page. I guess this is just the stage in life I am at, but does feel a bit like my nose is being rubbed in it a bit!

Wouldn't it be so nice to have a July baby and annouce pg at Christmas to RL friends and family??

Morayrose what is the news????

KnitterNotTwitter · 22/10/2010 16:34

queenrollo so sorry to hear about your dog, sending you a huge hug...

Morayrose can't wait for your news - although are you sure you want to test tonight - you're more likely to get a good reading from your first wee of the morning... just a thought...

AF is just wandering off here. I've worked out that I'm probably going to be away when i ovulate next weekend so I'm not holding out much luck for me this bus now :(

Congrats emmylou, fingers crossed it will be a sticky one.

I'm so sorry to hear about your dog queenrollo, big hugs to you.

I'm due to ov around about now and having some crampy feelings that tie up with that.

Looking forward to hearing your news morayrose!

Have fab weekends ladies.

IzzyWizzyletsgetbusy · 22/10/2010 18:26

Congrats to emmylou and fx for moray and anyone else testing...

Queenrollo so sorry to hear about your dog, we had to have our beloved dog put to sleep a month ago too. He was almost 14 too and very very poorly, so it was the right thing to do, but its still absolutely heartbreaking isn't it? Sad

Evening all, so sorry to hear about your dog queenrollo.

Having some crampy feelings here so fairly convinced that AF is on her way, will test on Sunday if not arrived by then - playing hockey tomorrow and don't want to know if I am pregnant before then Wink

Have a cold too which is a bit miserable.

Good luck to anyone else testing this weekend!

goldmaple · 23/10/2010 02:21

queenrollo very sorry to hear about your pup:(

Congrats emmylou!!

ravenlocks would LOVE to announce pg at christmas but will only be 8 wks by then (who am I kidding, I doubt I'll be able to keep it a secret - from close family - for that long!)

TMI: Lots of EWCM here!! Yay! can't SWI until tomorrow but Hopefully temps will shoot up in next couple days!

GetDownYouWillFall · 23/10/2010 08:06

Hi all! Just checking in again to wish you all luck, and to cheer on those on the 2ww. It's agonising isn't it?

I freaked myself out yesterday by doing the other CB digital test, and it still said only 1-2. Should be 2-3 by now.... was then a bit miserable for the rest of the morning thinking perhaps HCG levels were not rising.

But found lots of threads on here of people saying the same and it seems they are notoriously unreliable. So feeling a bit better now!

Also feeling noticably nauseous now, which is encouraging!

take care all, hope you get that BFP soon x

LadyGoneGaga · 23/10/2010 08:23

Don't worry Getdown, you wouldn't have increasing symptoms if things were not moving in right direction. It's a horrible, nerve wracking time though. Good to hear from you. I'm only on cd9 here and spotting only just gone really. So the campaign starts anew! Don't notmally ov til about cd21 so a while to wait but getting the practise in just in case early (I conceived DS from a SWI on cd10!)

Good luck to all those on the 2WW!

ravenlocks · 23/10/2010 08:36

On edge of my seat morayrose, did you test?
