Thanks goldmaple and 8rubberduckies! Did another test today and BFP so I guess it's real... (it doesn't feel real!)also it feels a bit too sudden so it can't be true sort of thing. I have marked Monday as the official test day mentally, in case it's a dreaded chem preg. By Monday, if it is a CP, it should be showing negative on a test. Yesterday, driving along the motorway I found myself sobbing my heart out at a sad song Blush for no good reason, and it wasn't even a good sad song. I heard it again today and it was like Hmm? I sobbed to that?! So it must be the hormones...

Symptoms wise I feel slightly nauseous most of the time but nothing much else yet!

In the meantime sorry to hear AF has got you goldmaple but wishing you lots and lots of luck for the next bus.

8rubberduckies I really wouldn't be surprised to see you on a June antenatal. The tears, it's a sign, y'know! Wink

Good morning Ladies

I've only posted here a few times but just wanted to say congratulations again to all the BFP's and lots of luck to everyone else.

I am 3 days late and have had two positive tests now, so very pleased indeed!!
Reassuring to know that the symptoms weren't all in my head.. the metallic taste thing is still going big time and it's yukkkk!

Have a great weekend
xxx

8rubberduckies · 15/10/2010 10:33

Congratulations ilovebooks. Went for another blood test this morning and nurse said there was no point as last two showed that I had OVd (on 7th and 11th Oct), so as my luteal phase is usually 10 days long I should have a visit from AF any minute now. I will test again if she hasn't shown her face by Monday. Still crying all the time Grin

Bye June bus - if there is anyone left. AF arrived today, maybe see some of you on the July bus. All those BFP's I wish you a very happy and healthy pregnancy and a cuddly baby in about 8 months time!!

8rubberduckies · 16/10/2010 18:50

Helllloooooo... I'm still here, am I really the only person left on the bus? Sad

Girlsworld · 17/10/2010 19:30

I may have graduated but I'm still here for you 8rubberduckies! how are you doing? Any news? Smile

8rubberduckies · 17/10/2010 19:51

BFN again this morning, no sign of AF, tingling boobs, temperature up... it's all looking good, apart from the BFNs Confused. I OV'd somewhere between the 5th and 7th Oct according to blood tests and my luteal phase is usually 10-11 days.

Thanks for sticking around girlsworld, I think I'm gonna be on this bus so long I'll miss the July pulling out altogether! How's the bean? Are you having any strong symptoms yet? Smile

NervousNelly · 17/10/2010 20:16

8rubberduckies I'm still here. Don't think many of us are left though! 12DPO here, just waiting for AF to arrive, as I'm sure it will very soon Hmm.

8rubberduckies · 17/10/2010 20:27

Fingers crossed for you nervousnelly, hope you've had a good weekend. I am eating cheese and having a cheeky small glass of wine as I've had a tiring day ferrying DPs Granny around the garden centre... how rock and roll Wink

8rubberduckies · 18/10/2010 15:21

Yet another BFN, yet another temperature rise, and yet another day of not knowing! Angry. Caught myself rooting around in the bin for my cheapie internet stick this morning an hour after chucking it in there (not a good moment for me)... evaporation line caused me to have a mini-heart attack until I talked myself down!

8rubberduckies · 18/10/2010 16:02

Just been reading up about evaporation lines... they are never pink I think, this one is pink!!!!! I'm off down the shop for an expensive pack as soon as ds wakes up, wish me luck!

TerrysNo2 · 18/10/2010 16:06

good luck 8rubberduckies!!

LadyShapes · 18/10/2010 16:10

AF got me, which was a relief actually!

Good luck 8rubberduckies! Hope you get a nice decisive positive. You must be getting pretty frustrated.

goldmaple · 18/10/2010 19:06

I am still lurking here!! I am on the edge of my seat!! Fingers crossed for you rubberduckies Really hope you get a huge BFP! Good luck

8rubberduckies · 18/10/2010 19:29

Nice to know you are here ladies! DP got a First Response on his way home, it was null and void (no line in control window) and a single-test pack Angry. Will have to wait until tomorrow now, another internet cheapie in the morning methinks... Will report back as soon as I know anything Grin

MrsP81 · 18/10/2010 19:39

I am lurking too! Oooooooooh, I can't wait until the morning to find out! Good luck. :)

Girlsworld · 18/10/2010 19:47

Ooh the suspense! Can't wait! Evaporation lines are really not that common and if anything they appear when the test is very old and dried out, and they are never a coloured line. Your temps sound good too!Smile

Bean is great thank you for asking. Symptoms-wise, on and off nausea, and boobs have grown slightly. Apart from that I feel just the same as ever as yet! DH can't believe it yet though Grin I think he thinks it can't be done on Cycle 1 but it sure can!

Definitely let us know asap tomorrow re your result! x

8rubberduckies · 18/10/2010 21:31

Ok, DP is just as impatient excited as me and got on his motorbike and went and bought 4 tests from Tescos earlier. I have just done another test and there is a very definite yet fainter-than-the-control line, think this is it ladies Smile Smile Smile, yay! Good luck to nervousnelly and anyone else left on the bus, I will be waiting for your news...

Will wait and see if I get a stronger line tomorrow before graduating.

kat2504 · 18/10/2010 22:22

Yay duckies still following this bus since I hopped on the July service, glad to see another BFP and fingers crossed you get a lovely bright pink line tomorrow morning!

8rubberduckies · 19/10/2010 12:49

Line a lot more definite this morning, also was right off my usual morning coffee, which happened when pg with ds1, so am confident enough to add myself to the stats:

DomesticGoddess31 · 19/10/2010 18:04

Hi, I'm new to mumsnet...wasn't sure which bus to hop on having irregular cycle Sad
My stats:
DomesticGoddess31 TTC#1 UCL 33-49 cycle 9 CD43
2 X BFN and bored waiting! Want AF to just hurry up so I can catch the next bus!

MrsP81 · 19/10/2010 19:07

Congratulations 8rubberduckies!

8rubberduckies · 19/10/2010 19:27

Hi domesticgoddess looks like you're on the right bus, good luck! It's gonna be a quiet ride as most folk have hopped off, but I will be lurking, even though I've hopped off the bus. Good luck! Any crazy symptoms? Smile

DomesticGoddess31 · 19/10/2010 23:06

Lots of crazy symptoms which differ each cycle. This cycle have been convincing myself I feel queasy (but that only seems to happen when I think about being pregnant...). Keep feeling very thirsty (but that might be something to do with just not drinking enough..) and the best symptom I've had yet, and this surely must mean I'm pregnant...am bruising really easily (and yes, I confess I googled it to check it was a symptom...results were inconclusive!)

Its nice to read the posts on here and know I'm not going insane, or at least not the only one :)

NervousNelly · 20/10/2010 11:50

Dropping off the bus I'm afraid :( CD1 for me so off to chase after the July bus!
