oh sillybilly so sorry to hear that, hang on in there though til AF arrives, it may just be a bit early to tell.

So, so bored of ttc this cycle, think it's because my temps have not been behaving and have no idea of where I am with it. I can't even summon up the wherewithall to decide when to test still, I just feel like it's gonna be bad news whenever I do it Sad

Girlsworld · 03/10/2010 20:30

Hey, keep the faith rubberduckies! You're still in with an excellent chance!

I don't know where my temps are up to either. I got a +ve on an OPK strip yesterday, plus my temp dipped - all well and good, bang on, day 16 ov as expected - but THEN this morning I have only gone back to my pre-dip, normal temp. Whassthatmean? Did I ov yesterday or not? Or is it today? Or if I don't get a significant rise til say Tuesday, does that mean I ov'd on Monday? Can I ask any more pointless questions that nobody not even me knows the answer to? Wink

sillybillymummy · 03/10/2010 20:40

Thanks rubberduckies i wonder how much chance.. as it was an early test..

I haven't done temps / tests ... so not sure about all that.

It is sooo tedious isn't it.. - and wearing on a relationship. I am sooo hurt by DH - when i told him i got a -ve, he had a go at me for wasting money on the test! and was so harsh ... he really isn't bothered if we have another, which makes me feel like we are really wanting different things atm

Girlsworld · 03/10/2010 20:43

Sillybilly, c'mon, in 2 days you might be holding a BFP in your hand! It's maybe too early to tell yet? And as for your DP, well, they all find something to moan about don't they Smile tell him it's an old one you have recycled Hmm good luck x

8rubberduckies · 03/10/2010 21:10

girlsworld your chart sounds even worse than mine this month!!!

sillybilly I'm sure your dh will be over the moon when you get your +ve, maybe he's finding it tough too and just hiding his feelings?

I think I may test this week, but not sure about tomorrow...

TerrysNo2 · 03/10/2010 21:13

evening all

sillybilly sorry you got a -ve but there is still time for a June BFP for you!

I have no idea about this charting malarkey either, getting v confused about it all. On thurs I had some EWCM do DH and I SWI-ed on Thurs and Fri and then on Sat and today my temps were 35.9 and 36 (usually 35.7) but everyday since Tuesday has shown nada on the OPK except tonight where there was the faintest ovulation line. If anyone can tell me what's happening I would be grateful!!

Girlsworld I think we have discovered a market niche for a personal ovulation advisor! Grin

Girlsworld · 03/10/2010 21:54

Aha! I checked my old charts from last time -they follow the same temp pattern and seeing as it ended up in a healthy pg I guess it works! Also apparently your BBT should go up within 2 days of ov (not necessarily 1 day). But tomorrow it should definitely go up for ov to have happened in the proper/expected time

8rubberduckies · 03/10/2010 22:10

Good luck girlsworld

sillybillymummy · 03/10/2010 22:27

Thanks you 3 lovely ladies .. i am passing you some big chunks of chocolate orange.

I am feeling like AF will rock up overnight.. so.. on to july soon for me

btw - sorry when i said it was an early test, i meant it was a good one that says, it can tell 4 days before period due - so accurate? i think? (not early, as in, too early to tell)

I really want to not obsess and not do temp / charts etc.. and since my DS is getting married abroad next june, and i have to be there - i know its not the end of the world if i don't catch for another couple of months. Just feels like so long, since i convinced my DH!

Good luck lovely ladies x

MrsP81 · 04/10/2010 07:22

Morning ladies!

Nothing interesting to report here. I'm 10dpo now and don't have a single symptom. Not even imaginary ones! I'm not very good at this 2ww lark, far too impatient.

Congrats to drdolly and good luck to everybody else.

broughthimroundtotheidea · 04/10/2010 07:43

sillybillymum........ your son is getting married?! and here is me panicing over a 12 year age gap to be here! Big love to you!

sillybillymummy · 04/10/2010 09:43

HA HA HA!!! Sorry - too much red wine - I meant my sister! My DD is a bridesmaid, so have to be there.
No my DS is 3, and DD 2. But don't worry about the 12 year age gap, there is 14 years between my youngest sister and oldest brother and we all get on really well and had a lovely family life! My big bro used to drive me round friends etc.. we are all very close.

Well ladies, still no AF! wonder when i should test again?

TerrysNo2 · 04/10/2010 11:12

I was thinking that that was some impressive age gap sillybilly (maybe now we understand your MN name!!) Wink

Not sure what to advise on testing, I haven't done any yet! (apart from DS)

I input my temps etc onto FF and it says I ovulated on Friday (although all OPK's so far have been negative) and now I am officially past my chances this month. I did have some EWCM last night but it was far too late to SWI. Damn Sky+ and X Factor!!

So now I am officially in the 2ww. What shall I do?

TerrysNo2 · 04/10/2010 17:01

Quick Question ladies: FF says that I OV-ed on Friday but today I have EWCM. Can you still get EWCM after OV or should DH and I SWI tonight??

Thanks!!

MoogHasNoBrain · 04/10/2010 17:16

Hi Terrys If you've got ewcm I would definitley SWI tonight - cover all the bases! I don't use FF so can't offer any advice there. Are you still using the OPKs?

TerrysNo2 · 04/10/2010 17:49

Moog I am using OPK's but only had a very very faint line yesterday and apart from that nothing. Haven't tested today yet, will do so when I get home at 7ish - not sure where I should leave a cup of pee to settle to room temp for half an hour at work?!?! Hmm

sillybillymummy · 04/10/2010 20:01

nice!!! I would def SWI!!!

kat2504 · 04/10/2010 20:09

Evening ladies!
well, nothing great to report, four days late, still riding this bus, no af, several bfn! Want to get to the bus station so I can transfer onto the next bus and start "plotting my journey" on the nearest calendar. Much pms symptoms but my bus trip is still dragging on. Tried to convince myself they might be pg symptoms but ultra early test says otherwise. :( Oh well!

terrys I would S anyway, with or without the I. If there is no chance with the I, it at least keeps the S in the forefront of the mind of your partner in crime. Makes it easier when the I comes back around in the SWI I reckon!

Don't post on here much so have moved myself to the lurking column. :)

TerrysNo2 · 04/10/2010 22:02

What is S without the W and I if there is no contraception involved kat?? Wink

Am trying to convince DH - he said if Europe won the Ryder Cup then we could celebrate! Wink

Good luck to those testing!

kat2504 · 04/10/2010 23:07

well i see the first indications of a visit from my auntie so I am queueing up at the July ticket office. But will lurk on here none the less while this bus in on the road as I hope to hear some bfp news from you ladies.

TerrysNo2 · 05/10/2010 10:26

Well that's a bummer - temp has gone back down so FF has reassessed me and said they don't know if I have OV-ed yet. Add to that no SWI-ing last night and I reckon that's me done for the month.

EWCM today and cramps so will see if we can SWI tonight but might be too late. Sad

jigglebum · 05/10/2010 15:29

Sadly off to join the July bus as AF arrived this morning. Very gutted as not sure what else we could have done this month to be successful and I really did feel pregnant a week ago but feeling went at the weekend and I clearly wasn't.

Good luck to you all. Been nice travelling with you!

sillybillymummy · 05/10/2010 17:16

OH this is doing my head in.. i went and bought a cheapy test in boots.. hadn't had much to drink all day, and hardly had any pee to go on it! But then it said -ve. But i am on CD30 (and it hasn't been that late before)
How long should i wait before doing another?
The not knowing drives me mad - my Dh.. said... wait a couple of weeks?!?! CLUELESS
