I have posted a letter to you which you should receive today with details on how to redeem your prize.

I am so sorry this wasn't all tied up before the end of the summer holidays. I am awaiting confirmation as to whether the prize will be valid for next year and will contact you to confirm.

If this is not possible we will arrange an alternative prize.
