Thanks for the report.

Basically, we pull the names out of the hat and contact you.
We then wait for your info to come in and once it is all in for a particular prize (eg, all ten names and addresses for the River Island competition) we send the information over to the company who booked the competition (sometimes this is a PR company and other times it is direct). They then send the prize out to you.

We have sent all of last months winners details over so you should hear something very soon. We will give Dettol a nudge for you today but it can take up to a month to sort out. if it takes longer we bring out the big guns

Not that I'm expecting to win or anything but what happens if you enter things and change your username before winners are drawn? I have recently changed mine after possibly outing myself on a thread and not wanting people to know who I am if they recognise a scenario.

What's happening about the competitions for festival tickets? Cutting it a bit fine for the winner to make arrangements, such as booking time off work.
