DD10 wanted an Indian feast yesterday as she’s not a huge fan of a roast - butter chicken, pork vindaloo, garlic & chilli prawns, daal & all the sides. Some of it looks a bit dodgy but I promise it was delicious!! Then today I made my proper Xmas dinner which was similarly lovely. It’s only me & her so is a bit mad but I hate the idea of only been able to have a couple of things as there’s just the 2 of us. I loveeee having lots of little bits!! Plus DD has ASD & had such a restricted diet for so many years that her eating like this is just the biggest joy! Will struggle to close my freezer for a couple of months though 😅

DS would riot if there were no Yorkshires !
I made 6 ( 2 egg batter) in Yorkshire pudding pan tray. they work better than the bun tin
I love the drama while they rise ( and have a bag of Aunt Bessies just in case )

Just seen your question 😘. Yes bread sauce. I used to hate it as a child but then started making my own from Delia's big cookbook and everyone loves it. I must also add that we have extra large plates that only come out at Christmas 😂😂
