Lightning McQueen Asda "oodie"

My son, who is 14 with autism and still a firm believer, has just declared Santa is bringing him a Lightning McQueen "oodie".
Santa is not, Santa has looked everywhere and can not find this anywhere. It went viral on TikTok, so sold out in all Asda. There was one on Vinted for £65, it had already sold and to be honest it was only £20 something when on sale so wouldn't have wanted to pay that.
Anyone any ideas or happen to have one that they no longer want.

So strange. I stalked their posting history and there was some and it was pretty normal. Not what you'd expect to see from someone here to scam.

I have just read this entire thread and I am absolutely disgusted. Seriously, what the hell is wrong with people? Scamming the desperate mother of an autistic child? I don’t think anything has ever left such a bad taste in my mouth. Since you have a name and bank details for the perpetrator, I’d report to the police. It’s sick.

I had paid Paypal, and luckily the other mum hadn't paid yet so neither of us are out of pocket.

Is there any possibility they refunded so they could just send as a gift to you rather than have you pay? The radio silence is suspicious but perhaps they were just busy? I am really upset on your behalf if it was a scam, I thought the poster sounded genuine, plus they've been on other threads with the same name...

I originally thought something similar but I've sent a few messages and no response at all. They can see what has been written here on this thread and haven't even defended themselves here. I hope I'm wrong, hut all evidence points the other way.
Anyway, @KickboxingWanker has saved the day, its been purchased through vinted and faith in Santa can be continued !!

The joy the cars franchise brings boys with ASD seems universal! We traumatically lost a “Sally” car and I was shocked to discover she was worth £70 on eBay! I was thinking more like £7.99! Needless to say, she did not get replaced. Instead we got really into the colouring changing cars.
