Hello folks and welcome to the ongoing Christmas Bargain threads, which are hosted annually by the Amazing Reastie. I'm just caretaking for now.

As we move towards actual Black Friday (does that even exist any more?) the threads tend to move very quickly. It can be helpful to post your bargain in bold. This can be done by adding an asterxix either side of a word with no gap in between. So Levi's would be Levi's

If you buy at least two things it's 60% off everything bar some exclusions up to £60 discount. Exclusions seem to be mostly branded things which dispatch from the UK. Still not as good as the 70% off, but not too bad, and the range of things available has increased a lot since the 70%.

i think they got wise to stacking codes last year. JEWELS always stacks for free delivery, but I haven’t found any other discounts to stack. As a PP said MSE40 and MSE50 are the best at the moment.

They don’t even seem to do birthday codes any more, which is a shame as I used to really look forward to mine and it often sparked a large-ish order. Although they also don’t seem to get much new stock these days, do I have wondered if they were on the way out.

Top top - go into your account to REWARDS and convert any points you have to “ecash” (or something like that) and it will be automatically applied to your order. You get 10% of each order back in points, so if you haven’t done it before there could be quite a bit sitting there 🙂

Apologies if someone has already mentioned it but Waterstones is doing double stamps AND TRIPLE IF £100 + until 1st Dec. Both in-store and online, must be signed up to Waterstones Plus. Waterstones also sell gifts, wrapping, games, and beautiful stationery.

You need to collect 10 stamps to get £10 back on your balance. Normally you receive 1 stamp for spending £10 (or half a stamp for £5).
Let’s say you’re doing a big book run (understandable) and spend £100 - you will now earn 30 stamps instead of 10, meaning you’ve got £30 on your balance with which to buy even more books, how lovely!

Does anyone know if any of the photocalendar sites let you buy a voucher for the calendar at the offer price? Don't have time to out the calendar together today but would love to be able to get it for a reduced price!

A few years ago when I used to do the annual DS calendar for grandparents having paid for the calendar I would have x amount of time to complete it - can't quite recall how long but definitely a few weeks - it was in the T&Cs
