Personally I'd say nutrition is a tricky one - different runners have different preferences and probably prefer to choose their own. Hydration and recovery products probably a bit more universal - or there's always a gift voucher.

Just to weigh in - I’d never wear gloves when I’m running. Even when it’s very cold it’d still leave my hands too warm. Reflective stuff is always good though.

@Moonlightfrog @BooRadleyIsFree totally second the recommendation for Papier. I’ve been using it for a few years and have some absolutely stunning notebooks and stationery from there.
