This post is a work in process and if you have any links you’d like to share or would be good to add then please do let me know. The general consensus for the thread is to share any bargainous links, ideas and/or discount codes or information. No affiliate links (is that the right word?) And any referral links to the separate thread linked below. This is a warm, friendly, kind and cosy corner of mn filled with Christmas cookies and hot chocolate - let’s keep it that way!

If you have any referral links then please post on this thread https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/christmas/5212180-bargain-referrals-thread-7 and share around the joy/referral perks.

Oh no, I was hoping getting the ready to collect email meant it had slipped through. I can't get to my store until Wednesday so I suspect it will get cancelled before then.

Mine showing on my orders as shipped to store so holding out hope but sounds like it will also be cancelled

Does anyone know if Amazon Haul will do another offer?

I know they just did a £10 off £20 but I missed that!

JillyBoel22 · 06/10/2025 21:07

Not a bargain as such but I seem to remember a couple of years ago these men’s Lord of the Rings pyjamas from Asda sold out super quickly and just came across them back in stock in all sizes. You can do free click and collect too. £16 :) LOTR Pyjamas

Yeknom · 06/10/2025 21:28

The white company code below has been used (not by me!) just in case anyone else tries must be single use only :)

This looks really good! Is there a quick guide to which perfume is “inspired” by which?!

You have to pick your bundle, Man, Woman or Unsex, Then on the next page you will see five boxes with drop down menus. When you click on the box titled 'Section 1,' a list of the Perfume inspired scents will be listed (Ie, Daisy Inspired) and their name for the fragrance (Hollywood.) will show. So:
Daisy Inspired-Hollywood
Then you do the same for the other 4 boxes if you want to buy, same method.
and it lists them all that way. I'm really sorry, I've probablly made it sound so much more complicated than it is!

Thanks @LoopyGremlin, DD1 mentioned this game a while ago and this is a great price!

Monopoly and Blokus also look like good deals in Prime Day. Although Blokus did drop to £9.99 a few years ago so might be worth seeing if it comes down further.

I was hoping for a good Kindle Paperwhite discount for DD1 but it doesn’t look great so far - does anyone know if Black Friday is likely to be better?

Fantastic! The bird one only just arrived yesterday and is amazing quality. DD (just turned 6) will be thrilled if I get both, as she adores animals and birds.

Thinking of getting 8 year old a keyboard but no idea on type, size, brand. Has anyone seen any good bargains or can recommended where to start please?

TheBigFish · 07/10/2025 06:36

Boots £10 Tuesday have the usual selection of electronic toothbrush heads. I usually get some for stocking fillers and noticed this week I had an advantage card offer for £5 of points when I bought toothbrush heads. Offers stacked at checkout.
