Clueless what to get my mum for Christmas- are you a 70 year old woman? What would you want?

She likes nice things, fancy things, should be easy enough to buy for but I'm just drawing a blank. Only definite nos are handbags or anything you wear on a shoulder, as she only has the use of one arm.
