Xmas day pudding to suit all?

Hi - I need to make a dessert for Xmas dinner that doesn't contain the following things that people won't eat-

Cream
Peel or raisins
Meringue
Nuts
Alcohol

Just buy a selection of individual puddings that meet the various fusspots criteria. Everyone will be full by then anyway, unless you scrimp on the roasties. I'm the only person in our house who likes Christmas pudding, so every year i buy an individual one. And every year I am too full to eat it on Christmas day and it turns up in the cupboard weeks later.

Do two desserts so everyone can choose what they can eat and have a sorbet and tinned fruit for those that can't have either.

I would suggest a lemon polenta cake, but that's almonds - is the nut restriction an allergy or taste/texture thing?
