What board games will you be playing on Christmas day (if you wil)?

I've got 221b Baker St for us. Not sure the girls will engage as dd1 eye rolled me yesterday when I mentioned it but I fancied something to do together otherwise it's a bit like 4 moochy Sundays in a row 🤷‍♀️

Not necessarily on Christmas day but we've got a Christmas jigsaw to do and Christmas dominoes. I keep looking at a game called "Azul" mainly because it looks so pretty 😂 has anyone tried it? Or @lucysmam?

Uno and. Cluedo.

Pictionary is one of our favourites, and now kids are older they are quite competitive with trivial pursuit.

Brass Birmingham for us. It's won loads of awards. If we can be bothered to get to grips with all the rules. Otherwise Catan.

@Decafflatteplease I've never heard of it but will have a look!

@sjpaws we never play board games really - maybe Uno once in a while, or the girls go through phases of playing chess together. I just fancied trying one & figured it might break up tomorrow a bit if (when?) it starts to feel like the third Sunday in a row since we've had a very steady weekend. If we enjoy it then we'll look at a few more on this thread - the girls both fancied Herd Mentality this morning while we were browsing.

Chess, Monopoly, Uno, Cluedo.

Later in the week, with siblings of similar age - Logo and Crib

6yo has Kawaii in her stocking, and as family presents we have a new version of Bounce Off and Forbidden Jungle
