Does the Velvitiser ever come down in price over Black Friday?

I know you can buy it as a VIP member for 69.99 which is a great price but just wondered if it ever comes down lower than that during the Black Friday deals? I'm thinking it probably wouldn't?

I got sucked into one of their subscription deals, which turned out not to be for me ( but in the end turned out very easy to cancel )as I realised I much prefer the Charbonnel and Walker chocolate flakes, which are fabulous. HC is very sweet and I don’t like many of their fancy flavours.

Yeah have to say I prefer other hot chocs, I just add them once it's already started the cycle so it's hopefully less damaging to the whisk (voids your warranty if you use other brands but thankfully haven't had an issue so far). I also add coffee directly in.

Yes, you can use any hot chocolate flakes which can be much cheaper than the HC branded ones but still good quality. Or good chocolate powder too.

I've seen them for £50 in outlet stores (refurbished)

@Peablockfeathers i suspect it might be worse to put the flakes in this way. It seems like the hot choc goes straight down to the whisk when I've done this

@HolidayHolllie wait until the milk is warm and as the whisk speeds up, then add the flakes/powder. It dissolves very quickly and doesn't sink.
