Marks and Spencer’s have got up to 50% off toys at the minute. Some great bits if you’re buying for toddlers or smaller children - lots of happyland/ELC sets and there’s some good board games including as well.

Was someone on here asking when boots are doing BOGOF on vitamins? I've just had an email saying it's today but just today apparently!

I know this isn’t Christmas related but are there any offers on biscuits/chocolates that would make a suitable staff room gift. There are lots of staff at my ds’s school who have helped him over the year so I’d like to give something now they can enjoy before the end of term.

@BonesBrennanz not an offer but I grabbed a few of the fancier packs from B&M last year and put them in a wicker basket- I made sure there was a pack to account for any allergies (gluten, dairy, nuts etc) and got a thank you email from 2 teachers with allergies so it's something to consider maybe.

Boots £10 Tuesday had some real technique make up sponges & soap & glory on today. I'm just about to order this from John Lewis my 9year old daughter for her oct birthday. Got good reviews & she loves slime/experiments

@BonesBrennanz if you have an Amazon code for savings on Morrisons orders, Morrisons currently have lots of biscuit offers, in case that would be useful! They send me codes fairly often - £15 off a £60 shop or similar - but Morrisons don't deliver very often in my area, so it's never been worth it.

We're doing Costa gift cards for a couple of DTS1's teachers as he wanted to buy them a coffee to say thank you! I'm buying them through TopCashback so at least it feels like I'm getting something back...

Visit Britain £25 national lottery vouchers

I know this probably won’t be for Christmas, but the summer holidays are coming up and this is helpful. It was quite popular last year I believe.

I managed to get a code by trying a quick win game online so I didn’t have to pay for my code to get the voucher. Hope that makes sense.

Smyths rarely seem to do offers closer to Christmas. Have you checked Game? I've often bought Pokémon plush toys from there (not sure about offers though!)

@tabbycat985 smyths used to do discount codes but the last couple of years they seemed to have stopped them unfortunately

it’s worth trying vinted if you don’t mind second hand - they have bnwt ones for example Sleeping bulbasaur which work out slightly less - there are lots of others as well, this was just a quick look. Would only be a bit of money off after postage and fees, but could always make offers to the sellers, and plenty of time to keep an eye out for new ones being listed (try and only use sellers with good reviews obvs) x

Ali Express do Pokémon plushies, it’d be a gamble and they’d take a while to come though. But very significantly cheaper. I’ve had a Gabbys Dollhouse plush from there and it’s perfect.

Some of the large Yankee candles were down to £11 in Tesco this morning.

I’ve just looked online and Tesco has some large Yankee candles for £11, medium ones for £9 and small ones for £5.50. These are all Clubcard prices.

I think I’ll add a couple to my online grocery order.

Temu also does Pokémon plush toys but again not sure on the quality. If anyone is buying for a Pokémon fan I really rate Etsy seller DittoDani - she offers mystery boxes but takes requests if your child has a favourite Pokémon. We've had a few boxes from her and they make great stocking fillers!

Oh I'll have to pop to my local Tesco later, I have a few Yankee Candle fans to buy for.
