Christmas cards for relatives like Mum and step dad, both of you, sister and BIL etc. family set a great store by these (sigh) and everyone needs their own cards with the right wording. Any good tips?

@thaegumathteth Not what you asked but is that maybe the start of plantar fasciitis? I mentioned in passing to my osteopath that my heel felt bruised and it was PF from too much time spent with no shoes or unsupportive slippers. The sooner you start treating it, the quicker it goes

If anyone is stuck for ideas, particularly for someone who spends a lot of time at home sitting, I would recommend an armchair organiser. I bought my dad one a few years ago and it is used every day - holds the remotes, a newspaper/tablet, cup of tea etc and means he doesn't have to get up or stretch over to get things. They come with or without the rigid tray on top and start from £4.99 ish on eBay but loads of places sell them now, just depends which kind you prefer.
