I've had the Smashed Grape update as well...really annoying. Think I am going to just ask for a refund.

Same here, rather annoying after their email the other day saying they would be arriving!

Weirdly I've just had a "shipped" notification through the Shop app but it says there's no tracking, so perhaps they just don't know how to cancel it properly. I'll be wondering if it actually shows up now as it was going direct to a friend as a surprise!

We are disappointed to inform you that despite our best efforts we will be unable to process and send your order. With the current postal strikes and other courier companies over-subscribed, we unfortunately cannot clear our back log of orders.
We have decided that for those who made use of a discount code and did not pay in full, to issue a £30 E-Voucher, which you will receive shortly as an apology for letting you down. We hope you can make use of it in the New Year when all kits will be back in stock and easily available.

I'd referred people and using the £20 credit each time I'd ordered another. Was giving them as gifts and had a few so the delivery charges add up and I also need new gifts!

Oh dear. Hope the £30's stack because the referral credit didn't 😅

I've had the same from Smashed Grapes, but only for one of my orders, is this the same for anyone who placed multiple orders?

I've had the same from Smashed Grapes. I'm really disappointed. Especially as I made two orders and the first one (ordered over a month ago, still not arrived) was a half price, not postage only deal. I wanted to give a couple as gift and now I'm not sure if they will even arrive.

Might have to use mine as a birthday present for the recipient but aagh - what to buy and send in time now?

Smashed grapes cancelled mine too. They are only offering gift cards as a purchase option now. All kits have been removed.

Same here. I've got two orders pending, one for a tasting pack and then also for a case of wine. It's the tasting pack that's showing as both cancelled and despatched (on the Shop app) and the case is just unfulfilled. I don't mind so much about the tasting pack but I'd like my case of wine to be delivered, or get an actual cash refund!

I got the smashed grapes email too. I'm confused if I'll get a refund as well as the voucher. They didn't make it very clear.

Just come on to say the same thing about Smashed Grapes. I'm not too bothered as was a treat for me rather than a gift, but no mention of refund for delivery, although I did use the discount code so I suppose the £30 is worth more...?

Mine show dispatched and I've got (multiple) emails. No sign of a credit or a refund yet.

They are able to issue a refund for the £3.99 shipping as I'd booked a "try before you buy" night for a couple of weekends ago. Was really looking forward to it - they go live on social media and you drink along like a live tasting.

Unfortunately they cancelled (understandably busy) and they refunded the shipping cost.

I hope I get the shipping costs back, I will shop with them in January regardless

I have received the notification that I will get a £30 voucher from Smashed Grapes but also simultaneously got a despatch notice on the Shop app too. Who knows.

I think the kits were about £24 so hopefully will cover postage too. The only problem is in January I'll be resisting cheese and wine to try to shift the Xmas weight 🤣

Arrrghh - I now need to find something asap to replace the smashed grapes as it was a thank- you gift for someone who had helped when I was in hospital.
