I ordered some Matalan pjs on Black Friday and cheaper with new offer. Really tempted to return and buy again.

LuckyLuckyWoman · 29/11/2022 07:40

definitely instore, but would imagine online too

Thanks. I will make the trip later as my mum wants warm pjs for Xmas.

ChristmasCwtch · 29/11/2022 07:48

@Falalalavingchristmas I’m so annoyed with M&S ridiculous Sparks discounts!! I’ve just ordered my basket of M&S stuff I want for presents in case it goes out of stock. Then I’ll keep an eye out for the 20% voucher and return and rebuy if needs be 🤦🏼‍♀️

I love these threads, but now get upset if I ever have to pay full price 😂

PlainJaneSuperBrain99 · 29/11/2022 07:50

I'm super nervous about my wine side cheese boxes now 😬 bought 1 each for bil & sil as it is right up their street.

FfeminyddCymraeg · 29/11/2022 07:55

A bit boring but Regatta have a good sale on, picked up a couple of the soft shell jackets for my parents - reduced from £50 to £12.50 ish.

Free click and collect to store. Use VCUK15 for an extra 15% off.

slithytoveisascientist · 29/11/2022 07:56

@RainbowPhilosophy that's exactly what happened to me with Matalan last year, I was so angry. It feels like a scam sometimes.

LostMyRubySlippers · 28/11/2022 23:24

Yes I was thinking the same! I have 5 bars but was intending to gift them all so can’t even check really…

I have sampled a fair few of my bars and they are all super delicious...

The clothes website Otrium has up to 85% off on its clearance section and a further 25% off just today with the code CM25. Mix of retailers from upscale Temperley to White Stuff and French Connection. Nice for a rootle and some scything markdowns.

Hunnybadger1 · 29/11/2022 08:02

As regards Smashed Grapes orders make sure you check your junk email box as I had one sitting there explaining a mix up with delivery dates and offer to refund. They got back to me super quick, seem a small friendly company and I am fine to wait so haven’t had the order yet

Can you link the ones you bought@FfeminyddCymraeg ? I have elderly relatives and these would be perfect!! I keep scrolling but cannot find them

RainbowPhilosophy · 29/11/2022 07:22

No mine didn't either so I've put a claim in. It said that claims take 6 months! I'll be so annoyed if it takes that long and then gets declined.

Don’t want to derail the thread, but Quidco has been very unreliable with its Black Friday cashback. My 40% off at Sephora didn’t track and nor did ASOS cashback which should have earned me a £10 Quidco “fashion” bonus. A friend has had similar problems. Is Quidco over-promising?

IHeartKingThistle · 29/11/2022 08:22

@WeAreTheWeirdosMister thank you for the shout on the H&M smiley PJs - they pretty much only had his size so grabbed them!

Thank you to the posters who offered to look in ASDA for me, you guys are amazing x

Here is the men’s one - Men’s

Women’s turns out this was £14.95 but still a bargain!

chocolatepudandchocolatesauce · 29/11/2022 08:41

@itmustbemyage My Candy Kitten advent calendar was dispatched on Saturday. Royal Mail tracking seems to say they haven't received the package from the supplier yet but they've been sent by 48hr post so who knows if they'll turn up today or not. Given there are then postal strikes it won't arrive until Friday. At least it's only for me and I'll get to scoff lots of sweets in one go 😂

NightOwl101 · 29/11/2022 09:00

Not bargionous but can anyone recommend any nice serving bowls/dishes? I really want to go all out on the table this year and have a lovely centre piece

snowmanshoes · 29/11/2022 09:23

@SweetPeaPods @whoknows1230
I received an apology email from smashed grapes saying that my box was going to be delayed as they thought it was a delayed delivery order but they’d get it to me asap and did I still want it.
I had to reply to them saying it was a delayed delivery order so that was fine. They they replied again apologising and saying they’d been inundated…….

hiredandsqueak · 29/11/2022 09:35

@Vebrithien not shampoo but a Christmas bundle for the bath and shower here at Avon

UrbanMage · 29/11/2022 09:37

I've managed to miss 4 threads this year! Cannot keep up at all. I don't know if it's worth trying to go back and catch up.

I did RL shopping in Lakeside on Black Friday and the deals were rubbish!

MoiraDavidAlexisJohnny · 29/11/2022 09:38

Any zavvi or hmv offers about? DD wants a coraline doll and they're so expensive

NormalForNuneaton · 29/11/2022 09:45

I need to buy quite a few tubs of Heroes and Celebrations for work ....is the 2 for £7 at Asda the best offer currently? Or has anyone seen them cheaper elsewhere?

buckeejit · 29/11/2022 09:55

Any recommendations for a rechargeable heat pad type thing? It's for dd to take to school, who has a sore tummy a lot due to IBD

Lidl

kateandme · 29/11/2022 10:00

Postman said the strikes have and will upset every delivery and availability of items.even if you’ve booked a date please don’t hold yourself to it.they are really struggling.

kateandme · 29/11/2022 10:05

thaegumathteth · 29/11/2022 00:46

Does anyone have any recommendations for a bracelet for a tiny 11 year old. It's for dd's friend and she is really really little so I'm kind of nervous of buying something and it just falling off her?

I’ve seen lots of bracelet that have extendable and retractable type fastenings.a lot too specify the length as you buy it for adult and child lengths.
seen both like that on Etsy and not on the height street. What’s goood about Etsy is you can contact the sellers too.
whst kind of bracelets are you loooking for

redjoker · 29/11/2022 10:09

Morning All, had to have a few days away as was spending too much money on here haha, hope you are all ok! looking forward to catching up

MoiraDavidAlexisJohnny · 29/11/2022 10:10

After a lot of googling I found that GLOBAL20 works for 20% off orders of £50 or more on zavvi. Stacks with lots of good offers too, loads of t-shirts on 2 for £20
