I got a couple of CD's, a box of chocolates and....a personal shopper/stylist for 3 hours and spending money
Was not sure at all about the stylist thing.Feel really ungrateful but just don't think I would be comfortable having some stranger take me shopping, check out my body shape, tell me what she thinks I should buy etc. I know what I like. Wouldn't mind if it was Trinny & Suzanna though!
I had commented in the past that I lose patience when clothes shopping....and end up buying the wrong things.

I got a tub of nivea ,some lidt lindor chocs and he intends to pay for my insurance when i get a car.

I had a beautiful diamond and sapphire ring, it was a real surprise as he had suggested no presents. I feel very guilty as I bought him the Top Gear Top Trumps....oops.

just teasing, dh really bought me a lovely per una cardi, a watch (surprise, but very handy as mine has recently bust) and a nancy friday sexy book (he lives in hope!). very pleased with his thoughtfullness and generosity. it's god to be appreciated.

I am ridiculously touched by a photo mug. It has on it the only self-portrait pic of me and DD I've ever managed to take in which neither of us looks completely demented. DD is covered in chocolate though. On the other side it says 'life is good', which is something I forget way too often. Modest pres compared to some, but I like it.

I got a book that I had previously said 'Ooh I'd like to read that' - Rupert Everett's biog and a DVD.
Dh also bought the family the simpsons movie DVD complete with a mini Homer.
We nomally buy more extravagant pressies in the sales if we want them.

I got two sets of M & S PJ's with a robe, a digital photoframe for my desk, a new mobile phone, two books, make up brushes set, playstation game, electric blanket for my bed, whitney houston greatest hits, sock, loads of bravissimo underwear, slippers, kitchen scales {wink} (i did ask for those), a designer umbrella. i'm sure I have forgotten something.

I love my DH he is kind and thoughtful and saves hard and thinks hard all year for Christmas to be very special for us all.
