Lives in a cool part of West London. What do they like nowadays?
(Bought her Brandy Melville last year which went down well).

I would like to get her jewellery, and chokers seem to be a thing?

I agree with @FortunesFave, op you are very rude and condescending. The poster took time to reply and was polite,there was no need to be so rude. Seriously do you know what good manners are. Looked at Vivienne Westwood, but out of budget. I'm guessing an eBay fake wouldn't cut the mustard.

My nieces and all their friends are still very into mac

I'm not saying it's a horrible brand or anything, @Newdad19 Of course some people are still buying and enjoying - same with others that have dropped their profiles. Mac is fine, just not what I'd pick for the girl described by OP.
