How much do you spend on the teacher's present at Christmas?

or do I get one big thing for about £15 and they all share it (teacher and assistants)

do they get 30 presents of crap?

when we were little our teachers always got bath stuff or candles. we never had any male teachers though.

mum didn't like to get chocolates, biscuits or alcohol incase they were on a diet or something.

I don't buy for anyone like that Nappie.
(the bin men knock on the door and get a few quid if the boys are here and open it before I can stop them!)

I give the bin men a bottle of beer. and the postie if I see him.

I give the kids teachers a box of biscuits for the staff room

I spend zilch. Unless heavily pestered by dc. Even then I point them in the direction of the art cupboard.

our window cleaner starts being nice in december. cheeky sod. he's vile the rest of the year.

I spend £5.00 on the teacher and £5.00 on the teaching assistant, but only if I have heard positive things from my son. Is not, then alot less.

so does everyone spend the same amount on teacher and TA?

I only give presents to the ones my dd likes!
