Having done the turkey thing years ago, we no longer bother and indulge ourselves with something else really special....beef wellington (with a proper homemade mushroom pate..hmmm...)

..what would you really like? am looking for more inspiration....

I don't do Xmas. Waste of time and energy. I always nip into my local curry, it's open, their prices stay the same and it's quiet.
