I am looking for a mans jumper one of those oiled type sweaters that you could once upon a time buy in Scotland. Bought OH one when we honeymooned in Scotland 40 years ago, then another one many years later, but have no idea where I would find one online, anyone know??

Found a sweater made from oiled welsh wool, absolutely chuffed, buying British is a bonus. Interesting site if the men in your life like to be outdoors in the cold.

@justasking111 I have some Aran Craft stuff that's really good. Not meant to be machine washed though, or washed very often at all. Might be somewhere stocks them cheaper but this is them.

Don`t I know about the washing, very rarely then by hand, dried flat on towels, a pain in the .... but they are amazing.

I bought DH a retro PSP and some games for his birthday recently, and he loved it. He was mad about his PSP when he was younger and I found the console he used to have. I've ordered him some games for his Christmas stocking. DCs are loving it too.

@Miip. Just realised on top of the book case is a box, in it a nintendo game boy from the eighties with games. And a PSP 3 from whatever era with games. I ought to dig them out for a look see, wonder if they still work.

Are a beautiful jumper shop, they cropped up on the bargain thread a few years ago. They honoured everyone’s ludicrous deals and even sent out an email during lockdown saying “we aren’t selling you anything in this email, but if you want a chat, here’s our number” it was really nicely worded.

Make really fantastic Cookie Decorating Kits! I cannot hype them up enough, their kits were the perfect lockdown gift for my team! Made for a fantastic zoom "party"- a nice bit of fun to take the edge off the gloom of this year I think.
