Not sure if 10 is to old.... Depends on her likes.

But got my 7 year old niece the LOL SURPRISE box with over 70 surprises... £130

TheTempest · 24/10/2019 22:12

I have a ten year old DD and all she’s asked for is Dad V girls merch, which I’ve had to go on a waiting list for (?!) and a phone case. Watching with interest!

9 and 11yo dd here (and 7 and 13).

M&S dressing gown, they have a really soft one that’s sublime and older dc have it already. Dd likes to put dressing gown on when she gets home from school Confused

Ears pierced this year so a few pairs of decent quality earrings and a trinket tray to put them in

Scrunchies and headbands

Clothes

She is deciding between while fila’s or converse.

Smelly stuff - bath bomb etc.

Shared present is a sproket.

Books

Her tastes are a little ‘older’ because she has older dds and really idolises them. They are all getting similar , earrings, trinkets, smelly stuff, lip balm. I’m trying not to spend too much but also buy what I know they need.

Younger dd getting Bow and arrow set!

imip · 24/10/2019 22:20

Outings - we always go ice skating!

1stTimeMama · 24/10/2019 22:44

My 10yr old is asking for ALL of the Lego.

She's also surprised me in asking for Playmobil, but she enjoys small world play so it makes sense. She'll get a parcel of clothes, a pile of books, and then a ticket to the Mamma Mia show, and I'm getting her a Meerkat feeding experience as they are favourite animal.

Sunnydaysandholidays · 24/10/2019 22:50

10 yo DD is getting a Young Drivers driving lesson, earrings, headphones, new swimsuit, new bobble hat, Amazon echo, hype crop top, travel mug and fave hot choc, box of chocs.
We’re away for a Christmas so saving some cash for shopping while there.

Thatnovembernight · 24/10/2019 22:52

Lego, bath bombs and stationery!

Peggywoolley · 24/10/2019 23:05

Harry Potter stuff! She wants more of the dolls.

Isadora2007 · 24/10/2019 23:24

A smart tv I think.

Giant dinosaur from Asda.
Some craft bits and pieces.
Chocolate.
Clothes.

Leeds2 · 24/10/2019 23:33

Lush bath bombs.

Bean bag.

SouthwarkSkaters · 24/10/2019 23:42

Tickets to Harry Potter World (we’re going on New Year’s Day) - that’s all I’ve got! She’s asking for a Nintendo switch but DH is not convinced...

SouthwarkSkaters · 24/10/2019 23:44

(By Harry Potter world I mean the studio tour in Watford, not the fancy stuff in Florida! Grin )

InglouriousBasterd · 24/10/2019 23:49

9 yr old (so near enough!) - lots of Lego, Sylvanian families (she’s only just discovered them and ‘they’re so soft!’), big fluffy dressing gown, engraved fountain pen (big writer). Lots of books. Earrings. Lush bath bomb, pyjamas. Pants / socks / crop top. Chocolate Grin. Baking book.

InglouriousBasterd · 24/10/2019 23:50

Outings - going to see the Nutcracker! Can’t wait!

MrsBungle · 24/10/2019 23:52

I’ve got my 10yo dd an echo dot as her main present. Also got her stuff relating to her sports and a new look voucher, books and clothes

Lc2006 · 25/10/2019 00:07

Mines 11 but started a similar thread a while ago and ended up (based on some great suggestions from MN) with

Sprocket
Echo dot
Harry Potter lego
Slush maker
Baking Hamper
Fimo set
Sequence game

Stocking
Brush pens
Wooden sudoku
Choc Orange
Hot Choc bombs
Painting by numbers
Scrunchies

I was also very tempted by a calligraphy pen and 3d doodler printing pen but already over budget Sad

8mileeminem · 25/10/2019 07:23
