Has anyone seen the theatre show of Elf?

Considering taking the DCs aged 11 and 13 to see this at Wembley just before christmas.

Is it any good?

We saw it last year. Me, DH and DS who was 11 then. Rubbish. DH left halfway through it was that bad. Shame as the film is one of our family favourites!

Yes it's one of our favourites too but I don't think I'm going to be booking tickets for the theatre show!

We enjoyed it! Listen to the soundtrack first and get to know the songs.

I liked it! It was on the tv the same day that we went though which made me feel a bit cheated out of my money. The production was good quality but I agree with other posters that you should listen to the songs first, it is very difficult to get into something when the songs are unfamiliar.

It was shocking, don't waste your money
