I love that this thread is up this year already - I was a mostly lurker last year acquiring some great bargains and am starting early this year As will be on mat leave in run to Christmas so need to be organised.

Thanks kitkat, have taken a punt and am buying two. One for me to test out (!) and another potential present if it works well. If not I’ve not lost much and the charity shop can have them to sell (probably asking more than I would have paid for them though).

I'm almost done for ds3 - managed to get the fisher price code-a-pillar for £25 from Amazon the other week. Also set up loads of ccc alerts.
No idea what ds2 would like yet. He's at that age where he changes his mind on what he likes on a monthly basis (he's 6!). Ds1 would like Lego, some form of Lego encyclopaedia and a Lego PS4 game (I believe the incredibles is the next one out). Same thing he's wanted every year. Then there's the teen dd who I reckon will be after a new phone as hers will be almost 2 yrs old. So needing some serious bargains and I promise not to get carried away this year and end up with a playmobil fire engine.

If anyone is in Dublin, Hamleys in Dundrum are closing down and have a lot of stuff at half price. They discount it at the till and some stuff is still at the original exorbitant price though I couldn’t figure how you were supposed to tell the difference.
