What, if anything, do you have on top of your tree?

I haven't put our tree up yet, but I don't usually put anything special on the top (I remember a tinsel star in childhood)

DD wants a bow, or an angel. I don't really like the idea of a bow, not sure.

So what do you have, inspire me - ideally with pics!

I have an angle on mine. It belonged to my grandma who passed away 5 years ago and left it to me. It's beautiful but a wee bit too small for my 7 footer, but I can't bear to not use her. She's lovely!

An Aadvark. Last year my youngest wanted her cuddly toy fairy on the tree. This year her sister got to choose.

We have a star at the minute but I’d love to get a sorting hat for the top of my tree but dp is set against it... might sneak it in for next year 🤣
It will tie in with all the other Harry Potter stuff he told me wouldn’t happen but has 🤣
