Lets see your trees!

We have our first one up in the kids play room a little 4ft one. Tonight me and hubby are tackling the 8ft one for the hall then the 6ft one in the living room.

Me and the toddler did theres this morning which was fun! never again

Our tree was bought in the Balsam Hill summer sale and we are absolutely thrilled with it , it has more than exceeded expectations .

Here's our NMBC tree. A wee bit chaotic as the kids keep taking bits off and putting them back in different places (which is making me twitch) and a set of lights are switched off, hence the big dark patch in the middle. Not as festive as everyone else's trees, but it suits us.

@Bingeslayer my mum knitted that nativity too! I'm 30 and my sister is 27 and we still demand that it comes out every single year (it has been going at least twenty years already if not more!). We have a wooden stable to arrange the figures in as well, and a silver paper star above it held by a stretched out paper clip.

I'll have to see if I can find a photo of ours.

Clanger you've just made me realise that my tree would look better by the fireplace!! WHY didn't I think of that!?

I think I might have to shove/shuffle it over....DD has complained once that she can't sit by the tree properly where it is now!

@NinaMarieP I have stable envy and can't believe how good it all looks after so many years,ours have taken quite a battering since 5 year old could walk 😄

It is actually quite impressive they're in one piece still, when I think about it, @Bingeslayer. They did get played with a bit when we were little. One of the sheep was kidnapped once (or is that sheepnapped?). It went home with my youngest cousin once, my aunt only found out when they got home and she opened her hand.

The stable we bought very cheaply at a church fair. The wooden bits on the roof have been stuck down many a time and are looking rather the worse for wear but it's not often you see a miniature stable for sale so we've not replaced in nearly 20 years either.

I brought a small real tree to put in my bedroom next to my telly in a try to lift my bah humbug mood. It makes me smile every time I look at it

I only just got my decorations out. Haven't teased them or preened them yet.

Our white tree has become dis-coloured. I can't find similar, with as many balls as ours has.

I have a one year old and a three year old.
This was my tree the first night it went up. It's now naked from the waste down and my gorgeous baubles are strewn all over the living room.
Also, my gorgeous Hornby train that has been circling my tree for years has now been replaced by a happy land one!

I love our tree as it's got so many random things on it but it looks lovely

I'm loving seeing these your trees and getting the chance to nose around your houses. I'm waiting for the grinch aka my husband to get our tree out the loft. I shall celebrate vicariously through all of your decorations.

First white one?

I want a white tree, but dh says we can't afford it. It's true but I think they're amazing and want one.

I love Xmas. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!! my asd DS has a 8" white tree in the living room with white and blue lights. And white and blue decorations.
