We have our first one up in the kids play room a little 4ft one. Tonight me and hubby are tackling the 8ft one for the hall then the 6ft one in the living room.

Me and the toddler did theres this morning which was fun! never again

Here's mine. Artificial this year coz we're away. Not very happy with it tbh. It's too small and I prefer real.

@fleshmarketclose - the dog and my house are not very compatible. Suffice to say he has his paws wiped A LOT 😂

I'm hoping that the children and cat don't rip it down this year...

Personally I don't think it's Xmas until stuff hangs from ceiling I started like you and it's developed into more of a snow storm I find myself collecting snow flake decs now, large small, glittery and plain white. Stars, moon...

Loving all these trees. It's almost helped in making me feel less fed up and more festive mine is going up at weekend 🙏🏻

This is my titchy tree so far. I have two little trees, this one for me and the other I decorate and deliver to my elderly neighbour.
I'm chuffed with it on top of my kitchen cupboards. You probably can't see them but there are little Christmas pudding bells on it.
I bought a new tree this year from Balsam Hill but now it's up it's disappointing and they won't switch it. (I bought it in their summer sale). I wanted to swap it to a bigger better one and pay the difference but they won't budge. 😟

But!! Inspired by this thread I'm going to try to make it look as good as possible, come back and post a picture. Half tempted to get the old one out of the loft- a Woolies antique....

Oh and to mumsie- wowee that's a tree I aspire to!

The most exciting decoration finds this year was the paper snowflakes and suction hooks from Pound World and the gorgeous large wooden grey star from Homesense for £10! We need to extend the loft for our ever increasing Christmas stuff!

MInes a bit sparse on the bauble front- dd2 (3) accidentally pushed the box down the stars
All my pretty glass ones were in it! Luckily the felt gingerbread men came out unscathed

Here's mine! Although only half out as our living room is tidy so the back has been left flat. Considering this was all done on a super tight budget, I'm really pleased with it.

Our tree,decorated by 11 and 5 year old Dds,also our nativity,favourite decoration.

Clementine I have seen another thread about a BH being rubbish, mine is on its seventh year and I still love it, think it is realistic enough to pass.

It was my first artificial tree after 20 years of real trees and I am really pleased with it, it owes me nothing.

Really disappointing for you.
