What are you getting your ten year old girl?

DD found out about Santa a few months ago, and she's now saying she doesn't really know what she wants. So I've said I'll get her surprises.

I'm a bit stuck for ideas. I've ordered her a few of those vinyl Harry Potter bobble head things but that's it so far

She still plays with her toys, but is past the stage of lusting after big play sets, the latest doll etc.

She likes Harry Potter, music, animals

We are moving house either just before or after Christmas, so I suppose reasonably priced and easily portable items are best.

My dd likes the hunger games pop vinyls and disney villains. She also spotted amy winehouse pop vinyl in hmv and was lusting it after it (beacuse of the hairdo lol)

I just got mine that half price sew cool machine 17 quid from The Entertainer it looks fab, she will love it.

A nintendo ds xl - waiting for black Friday and those are her main gifts.

Books, lots. warrior cat books.

A few new card games and perhaps a new board game.

• perhaps fluffy dog-shaped slippers
  

After reading this thread, I am also getting her a hairdresser practice doll head, along with a braid book. Just need to find the least creepy looking doll head on ebay...
