Whoops - we seem to have filled the first thread!

Let's carry on here until we can sort a proper one.

We don't have a Sainsbury's anywhere nearby typically! Thanks anyways though.

GingerAndTheBiscuits · 16/08/2017 23:31

Love this thread. Eldest will have just turned 7 and youngest will be almost 3. Looking out for Lego sets for eldest as she's finally getting into it, no idea for youngest! Maybe some extra TootToot stuff to go with her garage from last year. Also thinking new scooters as eldest has outgrown mini micro but they're so expensive! Keep it coming bargain hunters!

GingerAndTheBiscuits · 16/08/2017 23:34

@theimpossiblegirl You'd probably be looking at a Fitbit Blaze for a chunky version. I have the Fitbit Charge 2 which is much slimmer.

Also, the Art Pass mentioned above is right up my MIL's street, thanks for sharing!

ragdoll700 · 17/08/2017 00:23

@Tattybogle89 is the Smyths sale on this year I asked on another site and was told stores had a letter form head office saying it was not happening this year in in Ireland so perhaps not over here, though im still hoping they have it

debbiewest0 · 17/08/2017 00:32

Tattybogle89 thanks for the monopoly tip. I bought two and got an extra 98pence off so they cost about 4.41 each! Thanks very much

If anyone needs the Lego juniors ice cream truck it's lowest price today at 13.99 on Amazon - it looks a great set and has been 17.99 for ages.

Toomanycats99 · 17/08/2017 07:21

@Soslowmo if you go to the website camelcamecamel you can set a price tracker for it and it will alert you when it reaches your required price. It's a fantastic website.

Toomanycats99 · 17/08/2017 07:21

Oh - I missed an l - its3 camels!

CheekyFucker · 17/08/2017 08:15

I now have a rather unpleasant image of a Camel in my head now.

mcdog · 17/08/2017 08:29

Anybody got any good websites for gift bags???

Tattybogle89 · 17/08/2017 08:39

@ragdoll700 my friend works there and seems to think it is on as normal. I hope so anyway!

Tattybogle89 · 17/08/2017 08:39

@debbiewest0 you're welcome, great price 🙂

Juliecloud · 17/08/2017 09:14

This Star Wars Atlas is the cheapest it's been. I've seen it in WH Smith's, it's a lovely book.

Boux Avenue have just sent email they have 30% off the outlet items, clicked the linked and it looks like there are a lot of bikinis there as well as underwear.

NeverEnoughSleep1 · 17/08/2017 09:37

Off to pick up my Argos reservations today for some MLP stuff, have DDs birthday in October then Christmas and no idea what to get her for either

Jfw82 · 17/08/2017 10:02

Had an email from Fitbit referring to a 'back to school' sale £30 off some models www.fitbit.com/uk/store

DillieDoily · 17/08/2017 10:05

Thanks for all the great bargains. So far I've ordered the Pokemon encyclopaedia, Hatley, pyjamas, torpedo magnets and couldn't find the MLP friendship train in my local Argos but managed to get it for £5.99 from Amazon here

LexieLulu · 17/08/2017 10:27

I was also coming on to say Fitbit apparently have a sale on

The fitbit prices on their website seem a bit inflated, even the sale prices!

I've been looking for a Charge 2 which is £119.99 at Argos and most places.

NoWordForFluffy · 17/08/2017 10:36

The Flex 2 is £54.99 in most places too. I wasn't impressed with the Fitbit reductions!

OnNaturesCourse · 17/08/2017 10:40

Any Disney ornaments or tree decorations deals been heard of?

Trudee · 17/08/2017 11:12

Dh got my fitbit alta from O2 last Christmas. May have been via a deal on priority and don't know how much he paid but I know it was the best price he could find and it came with a £25 Google play voucher. May be worth looking at more obscure places like that

Annwithnoe · 17/08/2017 11:21

Harry Potter inspired make up brushes here

Annwithnoe · 17/08/2017 11:23

Arrghhh! Really disappointed if Smyths 20% off isn't happening in Ireland this year. Bargains over here are already thin on the ground. It's fairly typical to see 25% off Tesco products that are 50-75% off in UK Angry
Oh well
