Anybody getting 'Transmission Problems' on Converse website?

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 15/08/2017 11:11

Yeah I got that a couple of times also. But it seems none of the ones I love have size 5 left.

Soslowmo · 15/08/2017 11:32

That's what I found too Girl Sad

TobleroneBoo · 15/08/2017 11:42

Slightly annoyed that sainsburys have increased their prices before the 25% off. Not the end of the world but a cardigan I was getting was £12 last night and today is showing that it was £13 now down
To £9.75

QueenofallIsee · 15/08/2017 12:09

I had 'transmission problems' as well and someone managed to nip off with a t-shirt that was in my basket! Managed to get an order in for some ultra's for DS3 in the end.

Toomanycats99 · 15/08/2017 12:25

@IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece do you know if the cauldron mugs are next week too? Couldn't see them anywhere? It's my dd birthday in 2 weeks and grabbed her the owl cushion, rucksack and converse (well lookalikey converse!) she going to so happy. Only probably i am taking her shopping for her birthday a couple of days earlier than it and that's on her list of shops so she's probably going to have to have them before as otherwise she will try and buy them!

Llamacorn · 15/08/2017 12:52

I can't remember who posted about exploding kittens but I replied saying I had a spare set here I could post, not sure if the poster saw it!

Gutted our primark was crap for HP things, my dd is obsessed and were wanting to do her room up, they barely had anything! Really would love those lights and the envelope cushion and hopefully some stocking stuffer bits. Maybe have to try a bigger primark if I can manage.

VoldemortsNipple · 15/08/2017 13:42

We were at Primark at 8am in Saturday morning to grab some bargains. I did manage to get a caldron mug, makeup bag for dd tshirt and socks but I really wanted the envelope cushion. Hopefully next week along with all the baby stuff. I also like the throws and the Hedwig cushion. I might get us all HP pajamas for Christmas Eve or do HP inspired boxes. I could go on and on.

OnNaturesCourse · 15/08/2017 13:48

MelinaMercury · 15/08/2017 14:08

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 15/08/2017 15:08

toomany they had the cauldron mugs (sadly I couldn't grab one in time!) but they'll be getting more of everything next week apparently

buzzbeebee · 15/08/2017 16:01

Any promo codes for smiths toy store?

FridgeCut · 15/08/2017 16:08

I don't know if it has already been mentioned, but the playmobil site is often cheaper than amazon, always check before you buy on amazon :)

Tattybogle89 · 15/08/2017 16:14

@buzzbeebee Smyths 20% off everything starts 15th September this year

MooPointCowsOpinion · 15/08/2017 16:17

My threads I'm on has been completely wiped, so I'm just posting to get this one back on there.

Happy national relaxation day folks!

MrsCrimbo74 · 15/08/2017 16:17

Mentioned before but a good website for games and bits and pieces is netpricedirect.co.uk I bought a cheap version of Speak Out for £5.99 and a cheap version of Pie Face for £3.50, they look good, and there's lots of stocking fillers on there as well

christmasunicorn · 15/08/2017 16:19

I was quite impressed today that Sainsbury's instore did 25% off items that were already 50% off. I got a swimsuit for ds3 for £3.37 (was originally £9). Also pick up some Troll's branch socks and pants for stocking gifts

DumbledoresArmy · 15/08/2017 16:24

With the smyths 20% off include games consoles?

Alexandra87 · 15/08/2017 17:16

For poster who was looking for yokai watch stuff I got the little figures that go with the watch for 1.99 each down from 7.99 in Smyths

tiggersdontlikehoney · 15/08/2017 17:44

I feel like my nearly-4 year old girl already has so much stuff.. practically drowning in it. She appears to be into fairies at the moment but already has the wings, wand, dress up.. whether she will still be into the same at Christmas, who knows..

LexieLulu · 15/08/2017 18:11

Thank you @FireflyGirl - I have just purchased a track master set that should have been £70 for £40! Xx

SomethingOfTheNight · 15/08/2017 18:21

I'm the same Moo Confused

historyismything · 15/08/2017 18:33

Thank you Noword!

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/08/2017 18:37

Thank you. Am on holiday so not able to see bargains but love you all

Equimum · 15/08/2017 19:42

FatFace currently have a sale on. I know it's mostly clearing summer stock, but they have some nice scarves, socks, belts etc, which might make up presents. I've picked up some socks for DHs stocking, and may pop back in for a casual belt.
