angry, I used them and was actually very surprised by how efficient they were. My order arrived quickly, with one item out of stock and refunded back to my payment method. All communications (email and invoice) were very good.

I remember when they did it last year, they ran out of goody bags but if you emailed them and told them you had used a referral they sent you one out when they re stocked them. If I remember correctly the 2nd goody bag batch was actually better than the first

Well they won't get 78 homemade gifts will they, but they'll get a hell of a lot of candles and chocolates.

My Clinique parcel arrived today, and about an hour after I opened it o got an email to say it had been dispatched so I wouldn't worry too much, it looks like their system thingy is a bit behind!
