Macnab try mandmdirect.com, they usually have all sorts of sporty stuff for decent prices!

AmyMumsnet · 23/11/2016 15:20

No problem admiral!

Which MNer was looking for PJs for a charity? Tesco F&F have up to 50% off loads of clothes including PJs - they also have a very cute Star Wars BB-8 print tshirt for £5 but it's low in stock so be quick with that one!

margaritasbythesea · 23/11/2016 15:24

Fallen - Thanks very much for the Pokemon info. I've just bought a card for 3 euros (we live in Spain). Is that ridiculous? Worth it to not have him freak out when he again opens a packet and he hasn't gt it.

It's not Pokemon Go so he may be cross, but he's not playing the game so hopefully he won't mind too much.

Thank you for the cute mouse suggestions Bowies. It so happens that DSs favourite anmal is a cat and ne of those boxes has both!

FlamingoEscape · 23/11/2016 15:34

I bought these socks as a stocking filler. They are from Quiet Rebellion and celebrate the life of Eddie Chapman (a.k.a Agent Zigzag) a double-agent in the second world war.

This code gets you £5 off a first purchase from Quiet Rebellion (and a free gift for me).

JDSTER · 23/11/2016 16:27

I'm looking at fire tablets. Can someone who has one help me decide?
Should I wait and see if kids fire comes up in deals? Is it worth the extra? I already have prime. What about the adverts? You can pay an extra £10 for no adverts? Thanks in advance for advice.

macnab · 23/11/2016 16:30

Thanks so much MissRainbowBrite fantastic!

neddle · 23/11/2016 16:54

There's some good deals on Aquadoodles on Amazon.
I've just bought the Paw Patrol one for my dd2 - it comes with chase in his police truck as well as a pen.

confuugled1 · 23/11/2016 17:01

If anybody is looking for stuff from Sports Direct, they're apparently going to be doing £10 off a £50 spend. And for multiples of £50 - so spend £99 you'll get £10 off but spend £100 and you'll get £20 off. Hope that makes sense.

And if you want early access to the sale, have a look on the money saving expert site page for Black Friday - they have a link that will get you the same deal from lunchtime tomorrow.

(Sorry, on phone so don't have a link).

Igottastartthinkingbee · 23/11/2016 17:07

How did I not know that tkmaxx has an online shop?!?! Thanks to whoever put up the unicorn link, I didn't buy one but got the jellybean dispensers I've been after for £19.99 instead of £27.99 that I've seen elsewhere!

Also thanks for the gap 40% off code (3WINGAP), got myself a new parka.

Igottastartthinkingbee · 23/11/2016 17:08

PS this thread is so addictive, I haven't seen the rest of mumsnet for days weeks

AFingerofFudge · 23/11/2016 17:14

Thanks so much to those people who have offered to find a Kevin the Carrot. mummymilkfloat pm'd me and is going off for a forage around Aldi in the morning.

Haudyerwheesht · 23/11/2016 17:14

Laredoute apparently has 40% off everything with the code BLACKFRIDAY. I haven't tried it myself but it seemingly works on super dry etc

bastardlyandmutley · 23/11/2016 17:22

margarita I got a really sweet ballerina felt mouse (only a couple of inches tall) from Bentalls which I think is part of the Fenwicks group. It was in the Christmas decorations section and was £4.50 ish. They had a couple of other designs too, boy mice with woolly hats and the like from what I can remember.

HotelNine · 23/11/2016 17:28

I have just put a massive order through for Sports Direct. I wonder if they would match the offer. I doubt it Sad

wheresmyliveship · 23/11/2016 17:41

I'm having a bit of a nightmare. I bought a gift card on zeek that, it transpires, can't be used online...only in store. I want to buy something from Argos and want to use the £10 bonus from Quidco (and in any event they don't have my item in stock, I would have to order it). I've raised it with zeek as it is so unclear, but if they don't refund me, what do people think about buying it online with a card to qualify for the cash back, then on collection asking for a refund and repurchasing with a gift card?

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 23/11/2016 17:48

I'm pretty sure if you return the item, quidco will take the cash back back out your account

OverScentedFanjo · 23/11/2016 17:51

Loads of Frozen bits in Argos online. Eg; stationary set for 9p. Water bottle for 49p. Filled my trolley, but it's all out of stock online or in store?! WTF

Too good to be true I guess.

wheresmyliveship · 23/11/2016 18:01

Panic over - zeek kindly refunded me - as you were!

GerrardWinstanley · 23/11/2016 18:06

Playmobil City Life Sunshine Preschool at £35. Its lowest ever price according to CCC

gaggiagirl · 23/11/2016 18:16

Body shop advent calendars are down 40%in their black Friday sale.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 23/11/2016 18:17

Thanks for the beano subscription - dd will be thrilled on Christmas day :)

Out of interest how much did the air patroller go down to on amazon lightning deals? I bought one for 28.99 from warehouse deals a few weeks ago, will be cross if it went cheaper!!

Those who ordered the buy and keep free ice age dvd check the envelope - I had a free £5 voucher towards another buy and keep dvd on the sky store :)
