So excited about this thread! Have had some fabulous bargains in the past Flowers

Has anyone seen any men's converse on sale? I think I managed to get some for under £20 last year

Argos have some lovely pyjamas reduced, including a Star Wars PJ and dressing gown set for £7.50 which looks great. Only have smaller sides in my branch but worth a look!

AndYourBirdCanSing · 05/08/2016 18:38

Star Wars pjs and dressing gown bundle

Scaredycat3000 · 05/08/2016 18:51

Watch the sizes in Argos, my boys got a Chewi onesie each last year in the 'correct' sizes, DS2 fitted in DS1's and we swapped DS1's for the next size up. I have no idea if that's normal.

Just ordered a mermaid blanket has anyone ordered from that website before? Are they okay? Site crashed half way through order but transaction completed - typed website address into Google to check and the reviews don't look great.

RaeSkywalker · 05/08/2016 20:00

I really need to get my bum in gear! DC1 is due in late November, I want to have everything sorted before then.

Glad to see this here, these threads have made Xmas shopping fun.
I like the superhero capes whoever that was. School regularly has hero dress up days too. Great stocking filler.

FireflyGirl · 05/08/2016 20:11

Washi tape ten rolls, as a stocking filler, £1.10 delivered.

luckiestgirl · 05/08/2016 20:17

Thanks everyone. Love this thread.

FireflyGirl · 05/08/2016 20:27

Games ideas for older children/teens - in bold because they're not necessarily bargainous, but thought someone might appreciate ideas:

Star Wars Risk currently £21.70 on Amazon.

Walking Dead Monopoly £24.22 on Amazon

Card n Go Seek £12.20 on Amazon. This is a sort of scavenger hunt, ie card says 'something sweet' and everyone tries to find something that complies. Would work well if you've got a big age gap, as littler ones could join in as well.

FireflyGirl · 05/08/2016 20:32

Dust mop slippers £1.49 in pink. Other colours available. Bought some for DH stocking Grin

RoastieToastieReastie · 05/08/2016 20:45

Thanks for the washi tape link firefly, hopefully a good stocking filler.
