I couldn't think of a name Blush for the thread.

Hopefully links in message two work. Thanks to chips with helping me ok so she basically did it compile the initial list.

If anyone is interested in jewellery very similar to Pandora but not quite so pricey, Ali express have some good things. I ordered the birthstone ring for £6.00 and the quality is very good. www.aliexpress.com/item/Birthday-Blooms-Ring-December-Turquoise-Ring-100-Fine-925-Sterling-Silver-Jewelry-PA7162/32607355461.html?spm=2114.13010608.0.83.YxgXWS

There is a Colour Your Own Frozen Totebag on House of Fraser ( thanks to someone for posting about sale)

Its lovely and half price, just worried the recipient I have in mind might have gone off Frozen by then? Or does it never end?

candykane25 · 05/08/2016 11:51

Just got the John Lewis guitar and there is also a mister dress up outfit reduced from 25 to 8. John Lewis is hard to link on a phone sorry. There are winter clothes in the kids clearance too, got a black sparkly dress for DD.

Quandary: I am nearly done except for main presents for adults. Yes this is only thread one. And I love these threads.

Still need a Playmobil advent calendar.

FeelingSmurfy · 05/08/2016 12:13

There is a new frozen film coming out but I'm not sure when

FeelingSmurfy · 05/08/2016 12:14

I hope that Molton brown do another great offer this year too, I think it was £10 off minimum £20 spend? Something like that?

SideOrderofChip · 05/08/2016 12:19

I loved the molten
Brown last year!! Got the baubles for £15. 3 of them with free postage! I think it was £15 off a £30 spend

MissRainbowBrite · 05/08/2016 12:55

It was £15 off £30 for the Molton Brown, just looked back on my emails and I ordered on 20th October so it's a little way off yet
I haven't managed to pick up anything in the summer sales which is really unusual so need to get on with hunting. Seems to be harder this year as all the children I have to buy for are now preteens who seem harder to buy for as they're at that grown out of toys stage but not in to teenage stuff. Then there's just DD who's only 4 and wants everything Smile

HoggleHoggle · 05/08/2016 13:16

Thanks for the Amazon 4 for £10 link, just got some lovely baby books for a friend's impending arrival.

I've got loads of stuff I plan to buy from ELC, does anyone know when they tend to have discount codes? I seem to remember last year they had 20% off most things at some point, but maybe I hallucinated that...

madamginger · 05/08/2016 13:26

Just had a thing pop up on FB that pound world have 2 Yankee melts for £1
They look like the simply homes ones do usually about £1 each

StubbleTurnips · 05/08/2016 13:43

Hoggle I think that was around Aug BH / Summer sale.

StubbleTurnips · 05/08/2016 13:45

Thanks to whoever posted the Joules extra discount... I'm now slightly poorer Grin Bought some gorgeous scarves £8.96 each instead of £20+ for my sister, mum and a friend, and a couple of baby outfits for Turnip2.

lionsleepstonight · 05/08/2016 13:52

I love this thread, it was the very first thread I stumbled across on MN and I have been a convert ever since.

Thanks for the links so far, have bought Yankee Candles, Pickachoo and the Book Club offer about to poke around the HOF toy sale now...

(and mini chips looks lovely - how time flies!)

RoastieToastieReastie · 05/08/2016 13:58

Wow the thread moves quickly!

Chips lovely to see baby chips looking so grown up and girl I can't believe yours is nearly 3 Shock (seems like last year!).

Good to see so many friendly faces back again.

I have loads of frozen stuff in the present drawer I'm now not sure what to do with as most of dds friends have gone off frozen Hmm .

Now, just have to sit on my hands for the four activity books for £10.

Thanks stubble!

candykane25 · 05/08/2016 14:16

For the joules fans there is an eBay joules outlet and also a Boden outlet

In the search field just type the below to find their shop page

Seller:joulesclothingoutlet

Seller:Boden-clothing

Some other useful ones

Seller:debenhams

Seller:ditcomgiftshop

Seller:veryclearance

Lunar1 · 05/08/2016 14:37

Not sure if these have been linked before. 144 mini Pokemon figures for just under £17 delivered.

www.ebay.co.uk/itm/152192305373

I ordered them a few weeks ago, and have already filled my boys advent calendar with them.

HoggleHoggle · 05/08/2016 15:03

Also, are mini micro scooters ever discounted? I think not but wanted to check before I take the plunge. Toddler ds has been asking for one for Christmas since January and says 'Ho Ho Ho' every time he sees one Grin

TipBoov · 05/08/2016 15:23

Fab thread, thanks!

I've got a few bits already, a scarf from joules for my mum, and a kindle fire for DS from Amazon.

DC2 is due early December, so I am to have Christmas presents bought by the end of October, giving me a few weeks to get stuff wrapped.

Rockchick1984 · 05/08/2016 15:39

Thanks for the thread! I've not bought anything at all yet, and starting to worry I'll miss bargains!

MooPointCowsOpinion · 05/08/2016 16:01

Those superhero capes are a bit of a bargain, thanks chips!

HoggleHoggle · 05/08/2016 16:55

The Entertainer have some special offers on, some quite decent discounts.

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/08/2016 16:57

The body shop have 30% of everything with their loyalty card (which is free) and a free gift with spends over £25

Scaredycat3000 · 05/08/2016 17:05

Tescos seem to be having a bit of a clear out at the moment. Things are reduced to ridiculous prices to get rid of them, so each store will differ and sell out quickly. Yesterday I got 4 barbies for £1.35 each, 25/30 on the shelf when we arrived, 4 left on the shelf by the time we left. The cashier commented and I said about their 1p clear out deals (if you're very lucky you can find 1p stuff, very rare), she said there were deals all over the shop, the most being in clothes dept in her store. Today we got the £1 pizza deal a £10 pair of nail clippers for £1.90 in a different store with lots of stocking filler type bits for pennies.. So worth keeping an extra eye open at the moment in Tescos.

Scaredycat3000 · 05/08/2016 17:21

Posted to soon. I think the barbie went with last years DVD, 'cause 5 yr olds care! I hope
