Elf spent the night in the fridge with Elsa.

Kids were flummoxed this morning as couldn't find her, I had to ask one of the dc to pass me the milk from the fridge.

DD was none too happy that Elsa was in the fridge haha

These Elves give me the heebies - not one Elf is allowed in our house, only FC himself!

We're going in with the elf craze this year but as I'm busy/forgetful/lazy our elf won't be joining us until the 19th Dec ie the first day of the holidays. I figured I could manage for 6 days. Joining the thread to get some ideas x

I still can't find our elf despite searching everywhere. I have, however, found the rabbit hutch cover. And I lost my glasses then they appeared as if by magic on the table before the DC got up.

Had to order another elf, cheap tatty thing off eBay, as I can't find the other since I moved house.

Lavender oh no where could he be? Maybe he's had enough and quit!

Holly love your ideas, ketchup was far too easy but difficult to clean off after a night of it drying up! It doesn't stain tho!

Our elf had a night off last night & tucked up jut like mummy minus the Rioja

Tonight's a little more adventurous

In an attempt to rectify the issue, I got a mate to call on Skype dressed as Santa and Santa told the DC the elf was a bit naughty and wanted them to find him.

Santa apologised and said he would send an extra gift for all the trouble and it would come out of elfs pocket money:)

So the DC plan to spend tomorrow afternoon searching the house. It's a challenge!:)

I couldn't find our Elf this year! Rooting up in the loft for two days and then suddenly it dropped out of a random bag of toys! I have to say I did wonder for a split second whether the Elf was suddenly playing tricks on ME! Anyway, I usually do a box of Christmas goodies and a I'm back letter and place him outside the door. He is late this year won't be arriving now until the weekend. I've told the children he is really busy this year helping to make presents so will come to visit soon! I love the "cold never bothered me anyway" photo will definitely be doing that one!

Today Tinsel left us a shopping list to get for her. Luckily she's paying too ;)

I think it is from the US, but I love it. I've got a crap imagination and would never have come up with this myself, but it's something I'd want to come up with iyswim? Even now I can't think of my own things to do with her so just copy off pinterest lol.

We don't have an elf because neither me or DH would be able to think of enough different places to put it but this thread is absolutely brilliant!

Elf is hungry

Mines not too good today...Was meant to be putting Tinsel on the settee wrapped in blankets with bowl of popcorn and tv remote with Elf on the telly. But dp fell asleep on the settee and wouldn't move, so thought up a quick back up plan at 1.30am!
Tinsel brought the dds a fleece blanket each and made a den out of them. My dds (especially the middle one) love wrapping up in their blankets so they love these.
