Penguin wiggle are quite a good website for running and/or cycling things. They have a gift finder too, where you can enter the amount you want to spend and who it's for.

Sheba, thanks for that, at least I won't be looking in vain now... Won't bloody miss it next year!

ExasperatedAlmostAlways · 16/11/2015 16:04

Michael kors watches are also on for 139 and I paid 279 for mine that's on there last year from chisolm hunter!

Theonlyoneiknow · 16/11/2015 16:12

You can get good deals on various running magazine subscriptions. Running hat and glove set. Neck buff. Base layers (decathlon have great very reasonably priced things), buddy belt. Depending on how serious they are then a selection of energy products from torq. Good running socks. Arm warmers (I love mine) compression socks

Can anyone tell me how heavy the Maps book is? Needs to go abroad Sad

OldeEnglish · 16/11/2015 16:52

I'm not sure if anyone has posted a photo yet, this is the rotating Christmas tree biscuit tin in M&S, it's £10 and part of the 3for2. It plays "oh, Christmas tree".

I saw the penguin one today reduced to £6 in the Cwmbran store, loads of stock. Had to resist buying it for DS who was really made up over it but I know it'll just end up battered!

Oh and also I remember there being a big fuss over gumball machines a few threads ago, these were in Iceland for £9 if they're any good to anyone Grin

I would adore a Boden code please, if anyone has a spare one Grin

At B&M today, I got a colour in Christmas table cloth for £1.99, Christmas cups with attached straws for 99p, a giant decorate your own gingerbread man for £1.99, tubs of Christmas cupcake decorations (snowflakes, spribkles, stars etc) - think they were 79p.
Also got a bottle cover, which was a little Father Christmas jumper and hat, which will be perfect for our (Ikea) elf to wear!

Thanks for the Map book info - looks fab.

Lots of more unusual Star Wars gifts such as a Millennium Falcon chopping board or x-wing lava lamp here, and some of them are even in the sale.

Thanks FireflyGirl for the Star Wars suggestions, I actually bought from Amazon as it was cheaper but your link gave me the idea.

lazzaroo · 16/11/2015 18:23

Thanks for the Disney 30% tip off. I've just cancelled the order I made last night in the hope it will be included! Worse case scenario I have to re-order at full price! Must remember to get online in the morning!

Reastie · 16/11/2015 18:31

does anyone know if the elc cash register ever goes below £25?

been to poundworld today, they had loads of good bits in there. tonnes of frozen and minion things - pretty much everything u could think of!!

also saw mini gumball machines Grin

selfie sticks, little packs of bath bombs that look like cupcakes - i got the set of 4 mini ones but also had a big one, christmas mugs with little teddy inside, various small character mugs, loads of disney books, paw patrol toothbrushes dd2 will love theses!

christmas related they had loads of plastic plates/bowls/serving bits, mulled wine glasses pretty much identical to the £4 matalan ones painted wine glasses, mugs and twin packs of tumblers (hohoho printed, reindeer and santa) loads of decorations, nice wrapping paper including christmas minion paper and these amazing over the knee red/white stripy socks with fur trim.

so if u have a local well worth a visit Grin

Petal7 · 16/11/2015 18:46

Glad it helped, FabFlo - was able to have a good look as my toddler was at nursery! Smile Hope you find some good stuff when you get a chance to go.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 16/11/2015 18:50

for anyone who missed the asda reduction the imaginext transforming batcave is down to £35 on amazon

now if anyone sees the paw patrol lookout tower at a realistic price please let me know! looks like its worth about £15 not the £44 its retailing at

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 16/11/2015 19:24

I have a theory that paw patrol stuff will be like Mike the knight and come next year be sold off at 50-75% off

notenoughbottle · 16/11/2015 19:28

oldeenglish I live in Cwmbran and have been looking everywhere for a gumball machine - thanks!

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 16/11/2015 19:35

eastmids yep most likely!! i showed it to dd2 as an alternative to team umizoomi which she was addicted to but the merchandise it non existant. so now i can get the merchandise (well except the 4 main dogs but im holding out hope argos get more so i can exchange) but it is overpriced tat that i know will be pennies next year or january once the big toy companies have all our money

Hangingbasket14 · 16/11/2015 19:52
