Thanks zipzap for the moo.com stickers idea - just what I was looking for! There's £5 cashback via Quidco if you spend over £10 so I'm buying the 52 sticker pack.

SideOrderofChips · 08/11/2015 22:40

Oh ffs can we have a thread without Mumsnet HQ having to remind us about the rules? and to have festive spirit

I need to stop getting the PM itch

FireflyGirl · 08/11/2015 22:40

Baby Annabel version 9 £25 on Amazon.

No idea if this is the most recent one, but it's a good price.

Pobspits · 08/11/2015 22:44

I am panicking - need to remember it's November!!! DS is requesting Star Wars force awakens toys and they're expensive and hard to get hold of and I'm not even sure he'll play with them BUT he's almost 9 and I feel it's maybe last chance saloon for toys?

SpottyTheDogWink · 08/11/2015 22:48

RJnomaaaaaargh - Don't project your 'difficult weekend' onto me. I have had a marvellous weekend full of family, celebrations and cake.

And a link to a pair of god awful ugly slippers WinkGrin

That's perfect! Thankyou!

shadesofwinter · 08/11/2015 23:00

I've had those North Face slippers before; a gift from DB/DSIL. They're great! Warm and comfortable and, erm, kind of exactly what I want in a slipper.

Anyway...

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 08/11/2015 23:01

Huge thanks for the house of Fraser heads up...the belt I've been after for DDad was included and I've been bemoaning the lack of money off!

houseHuntinginmanchester · 08/11/2015 23:03

Place marking and crying and bargain pus Grin

1122christy · 08/11/2015 23:05

This is a free delivery code for Very they gave me, might be specific for my account but worth a try. It's 6LQVU valid until 26th nov.

Scruffybear · 08/11/2015 23:18

Hi all. I am mostly lurking but need help with prezzie ideas for DD aged 4. She loves nurturing play; dolls (baby annabell, her Disney toddler Anna, plus a fur real bear) and just seems to want more of the same. I thought a pram to shove them all in at once as she just has a buggy but DH has rubbished that because it couldn't be used at home any sense and when she's out she likes to scoot. Any suggestions on dolls she might like, or related stuff? She has a cot, plenty of doll clothes changing bag already..any thoughts on the 'our generation' type dolls or others that may appear freakishly lifelike when you find them sitting in a chair at the table Stumped with finding something she will love just as much but doesn't feel like a boring prezzie!

1122christy · 08/11/2015 23:23

Scruffybear what about sylvanian families? Cute enough for nurturing you can get babies with prams, bottles etc and small enough to take in a bag when going out? My 3year old loves brushing her hedgehog babies hair then giving it a bottle and putting to bed lol

Pobspits · 08/11/2015 23:25

Design a friend doll from Argos and car to push them round in scruffy??

kavv0809 · 08/11/2015 23:37

Sorry this may already have been posted but massive La Redoute savings with code 2777. Takes 50% off normal and 63% off sale items. I've only bought kids clothes but it may well work on everything.

Scruffybear · 08/11/2015 23:50

christy I LOVE the sylvanian hedgehogs with their comedy hair! (my DD will more likely chew them) but eldest DD has some sylvanian bits and I'd forgotten I meant to get hedgehogs next ??. Your DDs routine sounds v cute though, I don't think mine has the patience for the little figures/creatures sadly but the hedgehogs will be moving in regardless, haha

popsbits they look great, hadn't heard of them but reviews are v good, one of those might fit the bill nicely and play older sister to her dolly family ??, thanks for the tip!

scrappydappydoo · 09/11/2015 00:06

Scruffy - Could you get one of the playgroup/nursery playsets for sylvanians or playmobil sort of one move on from babies?

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 09/11/2015 00:11

Kavv thanks so much for that code! I've just got my god daughters present (that I've been eyeing up for ages) for an absolute bargain! I'm thrilled!

kavv0809 · 09/11/2015 00:35

Hurray!! Glad to be of service lego piece

ja9r · 09/11/2015 00:35

My favourite post of this thread is ' how did they get hazelnuts big enough to fill that giant ferrero rocher?' Makes me actually lol and imagine willy wonka type squirrels with ginormous hazelnuts.GrinGrin

backinschool · 09/11/2015 01:01

Thanks Kavv, just ordered DD1 a gorgeous dress I'd been eyeing up but couldn't justify without a nice bargain discount. She is going to be very happy.

happsymum · 09/11/2015 01:04
