for those of you having trouble resiting your Hotel Chocolat boxes, their Halloween stuff should be going on sale very soon and it's normally half price, so you can eat those instead of your Christmas gifts Grin.

WoahBodyforrrrm · 01/11/2015 08:56

doc here's the link to the Asda wine offer. It's six bottles of selected wine for £25 delivered, there are some nice bottles included but I'm no connoisseur

Mmmmmm wine

[http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B001UQ6E4Y/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=3F2VP2FBC9CX0&coliid=I3CYTGI2BDKCZY I am looking at this one]] at the moment. Expensive mistake to make though especially when you have jyst bought a big box of lego!

ManicPixieDream · 01/11/2015 09:00

I think I bought quite a few things in my sleep last night thanks to this thread.

I did get some Lego storage heads (small) from Debenhams at half price so £6.50. Going to fill them with lookalike minifigures for my boys and a friend's son.

Also got some "Grind shoes" from skatehut for a fiver. DS loves all extreme sports and these shoes are for grinding on rails etc. The RRP is about £70 so a bargain really. They are a tight fit so you need to size up.

MakArbre · 01/11/2015 09:10

Finally been able to reserve the sparkle playdoh! Also reserved the my little pony make n style playdoh set and the the Marvel can heads playdoh set. And a storm trooper nightlight down to 6.50. Going to try to add some more bits and bobs to it, so I can use my £5 off voucher.

margaritasbythesea my Mum goes to an astronomy club and they all advise beginners that a decent pair of binoculars is way better than a low priced telescope. Mum used binocs for years until she saved for a telescope.

Gooseysgirl · 01/11/2015 09:12

Thanks Penguin for the kidizoom heads up... I've been holding out for an offer like that (although it's been £39.99 on Amazon for awhile).. I've placed my order with no mention of it being sold out so fingers crossed!!!

DillieDoily · 01/11/2015 09:17

I'm looking for some nice Christmas scented liquid hand soap if anyone has seen any bargains?

Love the Molton Brown stuff (and used to always buy it pre-DC) but still can't quite justify it even with codes etc as DS goes through soap like water!

LBOCS2 · 01/11/2015 09:55

It's not a bargain but it's cheaper than Molton Brown - Method are doing a mulled wine scented foaming hand wash pump at the moment, I got mine from Ocado but I'm sure there are more about!

WhirlwindHugs · 01/11/2015 09:55

Some good discounts in the kiddicare sale on leapfrog leapreader toys. Thomas book 1.75 is the cheapest. Quite a few soft toys for a few quid also.

WhirlwindHugs · 01/11/2015 09:57

thomas book here

ItStillLooksLikeRainDear · 01/11/2015 10:03

Rhinopotamus · 01/11/2015 10:07

Can't remember who asked a few pages back but I got a Lego City and a Lego Star Wars advent calendar in the last Clubcard double up.

Penguinbeaver · 01/11/2015 10:08

Glad some have found the vtech camera deal good. Vintage I ordered online last night so assume it's in store too.

starlight36 · 01/11/2015 10:10

Another late night TQ purchaser here. Thank you for recommending - great prices even before the extra 25% was added.

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 01/11/2015 10:16

I can't even find the camera on the boots site and the link says it's broken. Can anyone help?

mamapants · 01/11/2015 10:22

Thanks for the kidizoom, just ordered to collect on Tuesday.
You just search kidizoom and scroll down to the offer

TobleroneBoo · 01/11/2015 10:41

Kids boots cameras, not sure if this helps?

Aldi had some gin and tonic flavour crisps in yesterday which obviously I had to buy some to try - will report back when I try them. But thought they would be ideal for Mumsnetters something to add to foodie or boozy hampers relatively cheaply (just over a pound a bag I think). Would go nicely with the M&S Prosecco crisps I also have lined up (although those have gold stars on them too so waiting for a special occasion to try those).

wonders if Pombear manufacturers have thought about a MN special flavour of a large gin and tonic...

MTWTFSS · 01/11/2015 10:44

Keeps telling me out of stock :(

zipzap · 01/11/2015 10:44

Argh, got so distracted by the thought of G&T flavoured crisps that I forgot the main thing I meant to add from Aldi:

They also had some nice Dorling Kindersley Doodlepedia books for £2.99 instead of £8.99 - they had Dinosaurs, Wow, Pretty and Animals versions.

This is the Dinosaurs version on Amazon where they're selling them for £8.99 - definitely not worth that much but quite a nice thing for ages 6-10, especially if you manage to get hold of bargain colouring stuff!

MTWTFSS · 01/11/2015 10:46

www.boots.ie still has camera stock!

TobleroneBoo · 01/11/2015 10:55

Any deals on Blu-days anyway? Bogof or similar? Thanks

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 01/11/2015 10:59

Thanks everyone. Not sure what I was doing wrong!
