First time we have done the whole nativity thing. Some of the parts desribed in previous years on here have been very novel IIRR!

DD's is a traditional one. All PP1 girls are to be angels. Non speaking part for all, just singing. Costume provided by school.

... But when I was at primary school we had an under water/little mermaid nativity!?!?

Aw I work in yr1 class we did whoops a daisy angel in reception. This year we are doing the bossy king.
It has been blood sweat and tears all the way but today we sang and signed it for the whole school and it was wonderful, just like all those really rubbishy rehearsal days were sent to fool us.
My own children are older one is at high school and is doing nothing the other is playing an instrument at the carol concert we are having next week.
