Ja9r, are you trying to buy full priced items or sale items/reduced price? I just tried out a few things having read the mse website and there it tells you the conditions are:

It's valid on full-price products only and excludes Chanel, Dior, GHD, Moroccanoil and Tom Ford.

Now though I have loads of things in the sale I still think are at a good price so not sure what to do! Might just buy as still good prices for things I actually need.

Just tried Kiehls on FeelUnique. Not working for me either so guess Kiehls has also been excluded.
