GerardWinstanley I know I ordered my MLP hoody around the same time as a few other people on the thread and mine arrived on Friday, so I'd maybe give it a few more days? Dd loves it, it wasn't a Christmas present, she wore it all weekend Smile

Ooh I've managed to finish a bargain thread, feel like I've entered some sort of hallowed hall of fame

Whoops unfortunate X post. My MLP hoody was true to size. I didn't get the one with the wings and mane on the hood. Mine was just a grey hoody with MLP pictures. Dd2 is nearly 8 and a big 8, hers fits fine. I also ordered a raglan long sleeved tshirt for her, which came up big, it actually arrived weeks ago although it was ordered at the same time.

I'd ordered DD a mlp hoody from Ali Express, the Twilight Sparkle one. The size looks ok, the only gripe I have is it looks like it was supposed to be sparkly on the hair/mane of the print on the front but there is just white flecks instead. DD won't mind though

Ah my MLP hoodie had a mane and wings and isn't great Sad dsd still loved it but alas it is too small

Willow Tree figures half price on amazon, from as little as £7.20

I bought dd a hoody last year, the rainbow dash one, from Amazon and paid either £30 or £40 for it. I'd love to see how it compares to the cheap ones - is it the same one? Hers is very well made and detailed, and sized just fine, she's 11 now and still I think will get another year out of it. I was happy paying that because she's such a huge fan but if it's the same one you all paid about £8 for I will be annoyed!

Marking place shamelessly. I have spend £20 in the works which included a slate blackboard to try out the chalk pens! I showed them to DP and asked him how much. His first answer was £2 which made me sad, as I thought they looked much more expensive. But he then turned around and said "I knew they would have been more expensive but you're such a bargain hunter I knew you wouldn't have bought them for less than £2". He knows me too well.

YaMas Coleslaw - excellent thread killing work there! is one of you Waithorse perchance Grin

Lovely new Thread Reastie Flowers

Maybe a bit leftfield but for anyone with an awkward (but internet enabled) crafty person - Craftsy.com have some of their online Craft Courses on sale at the moment. I am looking at a knitting course for myself DM which is down to £12.77 from £19, there is also an introduction to Knitting one for £9.58. I know there are lots of Youtube videos out there, but the Craftsy courses are really well made and the site is much more tailored (you can stop and start each video, add notes etc)
Link here
They do more than just knitting too. You will have to set up a Craftsy Account for the person - but would be interesting for someone?

Deathstar they have a four pack of normal sized Play Doh tubs for £2.39 at B&M which works out at £.59 a tub, and it's £.40 a tub for the deal you linked, but the tubs are tiny. Plus you also have to pay for delivery with the groupon code, which ends up working out at £.49 a tub.

The normal sized Play-doh have 141.75 grams in each tub and the Party Tubs have 28.35, which means there is 5 tiny tub's worth of Play-doh in 1 normal sized.

So 20 tiny tubs is 567 grams for £7.99 or 4 normal tubs is 567 grams for £2.39.

That was probably a little more in depth than you or anyone cared for Grin.
