I bought dd (then 11) the Doh Vinci stuff last year, sadly she was underwhelmed. She said it was hard to push the dough through the nozzles and wasn't as controllable as she had hoped. Not a roaring success here anyway.

we have lots of half used stuff in the cupboard

ExploraDora · 01/10/2015 19:42

Oh I spotted those woodwaj! My two are too big now unfortunately, but they're gorgeous - I was standing with them in the store thinking 'Who can I buy these for .... ?' Grin

chicaguapa · 01/10/2015 19:45

I've received the superhero minions from Aliexpress and I'm really pleased with them. Everyone is going to get one this year. Grin I got mine from here for just over £2 each.

No labels though so no fire safety info if that's a concern.

Doh Vinci WAS a huge hit here with my now 11year old. She's used up all the dough but she would like refills.

Saladfingers I've just bought Heelys for my DD. I used the Very £25 off a £50 spend offer. They were £45 so I just added a Minecraft soft toy to take it over.

Chrysanthemum5 · 01/10/2015 20:45

Congratulations chips Smile

woodwaj · 01/10/2015 21:23

My little one is 8 months and wouldn't fit in them explora but luckily a friend announced her pregnancy the other day! Wink I actually went in looking for the £10 jake and the neverland pirates drum kit with castanets and maracas but they didn't have them in store yet!

AMouseLivedinaWindMill · 01/10/2015 21:33

heelys

are your dd feet normalish size, my DD tried them on in one of rare shops that actually has them and no way did they fit, far far too big..so err on side of caution

Iggi999 · 01/10/2015 21:50

Lakeland's offer of the month is a slow cooker for £15 (tenner off).

ColeslawSandwich · 01/10/2015 21:57

Thanks DeeDee I've just ordered converse for me.

Blue thanks for the sky writer link, just the things for my DNs.

Organisednotobsessed · 01/10/2015 22:20

AMouseLivedInAWindmill great name btw. My DD tried some Heelys on in the Entertainer. We were advised to go up a size and so we did. Bought in soles just in case but they seem fine.

Ryman's has these push pins for 98p at the moment, might make a nice stocking filler? They have ducks, bees, rabbits and turtles I think. They've got lots of other stationery bits too, for not much money at all www.ryman.co.uk/push-pins-pack-of-20-ducks

Thanks for the converse heads up from M&MDirect DeeDee - I just purchased 2 pairs of high tops for DD and DS1, cheap as chips + 8% cashback through Quidco! Happy with that

glenthebattleostrich · 02/10/2015 09:05

November glamour has a fee full sized nails Inc nail varnish and a 20% off in store at H&M. There was also a leaflet with codes for the white company but I think it ended up in the recycling sorry.

DO NOT SHOOT THE MESSENGER!!!

Amazon is bringing in a new thing where if you have Amazon Prime then you can see Lightening deals 30 minutes before folk without Prime.

Basically get a free-trial of Prime the month of Black Friday!

scrappydappydoo · 02/10/2015 09:13

Hmmm - they really want everyone to sign up for prime don't they?? I'm beginning to wonder if it's like a test to see how much the non-prime customer will put up with...

margaritasbythesea · 02/10/2015 09:13

Not a bargain in itself (although there are usually The Works codes around) but I went in yesterday and thought these slate boards could be the perfect finishing touch to chalk pen gifts.

They also had these wooden boxes which I thought could be good for painting / treasure chests etc. I got one for DS for his Stikeez!

margaritasbythesea · 02/10/2015 09:15

p.s. scroll down the slate board page if you don't want to buy 60! They do do them individually.

I finally have lists from the kids of what they want. What is a good price for Disney toddler dolls?

NewMrsX · 02/10/2015 09:15

Thanks for the Tesco code, just got the Playmobil large zoo for £20 instead of £40 which I'm very happy with
