Hopefully the second message on the thread will contain a list of potentially useful links. I haven't checked through all of last years useful links so if I've missed any good ones please let me know and I'll amend.

DD was watching some kind of Disney Christmas cartoon this morning so I'm feeling rather festive today :)

Anyone heard from Chips at all? (I appreciate her first priority will not be to update Mumsnet of course but hope all's well!)

I was in hobby craft yesterday and they had a massive reduced section with lots of crafty bits in!

They also had a big box of 1000 pieces for £5, but annoyingly can't find it online

Wooden Numbers surprisingly good quality, I thought they would be a bit flimsy, but they are actually really nice.

DD loves sticking things, so I've mainly got loads of things to stick with glue, etc. Those are just the things I've actually received, not the only things I've ordered. I'll update as I receive.

I got this Gorjuss wallet for MIL as she loves the little Gorjuss girl. Quality was really good, I was tempted to order another one, but wasn't sure why she would need two.

My Little Pony temporary tattoos got them for DD's stocking.

SpongeBob temporary tattoo these aren't as good as the MLP, but they were much cheaper and still good, especially for the price. They do have a lot of different ones as well as Frozen, Marvel, Minions, etc.

Super cute little Tsum Tsum toy. You are actually meant to use it as a screen cleaner, but they would be good for stocking stuffers. I got this Eeyore one for MIL. It is the actual brand name toy as well, not a knock off. DD already had a Goofy one for her birthday, or she would be getting one as well because she loves Goofy.

Tu sale definitely on, unfortunately I only bought clothes for me rather than Xmas presents

If you're going to sainsbury's remember to look at the clothes on the sale rails too. In my local sainsbury's they had lots of clothes for half price and you still get the 25% reduction. I bought dd a lovely frozen fever top with a detachable cape for £3. It was originally £8, then £4 in the half price sale then £3 with the 25% off. I think she'll love it so really pleased. They also had some great discounts in the craft section as another poster already mentioned.

Also, wanted to thank toblerone for posting about the mlp pinkie pies in argos reduced to £10. Picked mine up today and it's lovely, really soft and very big, looks like it cost more than £10.

millie, seeing your name reminded me that I saw some lovely wooden food in wilko the other day, really really gorgeous. I'm going to get some for dd. The prices weren't as bargainous as the end of the sainsbury's toy sale last year but there are different things that are so cute like a afternoon tea type set with a teapot with plates and cakes and a pizza in a takeaway box that can be 'sliced' up. Everything was around £6.
