Hello all,

Hopefully the second message on the thread will contain a list of potentially useful links. I haven't checked through all of last years useful links so if I've missed any good ones please let me know and I'll amend.

I'll do my best to keep it updated with each new thread.

DD was watching some kind of Disney Christmas cartoon this morning so I'm feeling rather festive today :)

www.qwertee.com is the same principle as Teefury. It's £10.50 for a t-shirt with delivery so perhaps comparable to shipping from the U.S. But marginally quicker. They still take a couple of weeks though.

Iggi999 · 20/09/2015 09:41

Bonusprint have 2for1 on all products for three days with SEP2F1BP - could be good for calendars.

margaritasbythesea · 20/09/2015 09:43

Sorry if link isn't clicky

I love that the Argos calendar (which looks really nice and a change from the Lego monopoly!) says it's aimed at kids from 1-5 and then also says not suitable for under threes!

ShabbyNat · 20/09/2015 09:44

If anyone likes Jack Wills, try the Jack Wills Outlet online.
You can get some amazing bargains!!
I have just bought a cardigan-should of been £129 but paid £29 & a onesie that should of been £69.50 but paid £24GrinGrin
Both bought for Christmas presents.

chicaguapa · 20/09/2015 10:05

Thanks for the Qwertee link Starling The Dr Who t-shirts under 'last chance' are perfect for DH.

Mipe · 20/09/2015 10:12

These 3D cartoon style bags look nice, £7.65 with free delivery Smile.

catzpyjamas · 20/09/2015 10:26

catzpyjamas · 20/09/2015 10:27

Mipe! Aaarrgh, autocorrect!

IStoleATimeLordAndIRanAway · 20/09/2015 10:36

Grr the WOW calendar from Argos isn't available in any store within 25 miles of me or for delivery Angry??I posted just the other day on here about wanting one, it's not fair! (Nc since)

scampbeast · 20/09/2015 10:44

Are these the Dinosaur eggs people are asking about? You put them in water and they grow and hatch. I bought them thinking it was one big egg but its a pack of 6 mini eggs, each egg is about 3cm long.
www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00TJRL6VM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00
£1.19 for a pack of 6 - free delivery, only took a couple of weeks to arrive.

margaritasbythesea · 20/09/2015 11:06

£5 off a £30 spend or £10 off a £50 spend on lingerie and sleepwear at M and S with cide LINGERIESAVE until 26th September.

margaritasbythesea · 20/09/2015 11:12

Kraggle · 20/09/2015 12:10

Playmobil vet

If anyone is not holding out for the argos 3 for 2, this Playmobil Vets is down to £29.99 (it's £39.99 on Argos)

Iggi999 · 20/09/2015 12:34

Do Argos put reduced prices back up befOre the 3for2 starts, does anyone know? I fancy the Postman Pat world which is currently reduced.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 20/09/2015 12:40

Normally iggi I always wait until the 3 for 2 then get pissed off at myself because the reduced prices worked out better or I just get two other items for the sake of it

Yet I do it every bloody year!!

Reastie · 20/09/2015 12:50

Chips, just wanted to say thinking of you and hope all going well.

LastLight · 20/09/2015 13:31

Thanks for the Matalan bedding heads up, just ordered the penguin duvet set for me. Discount code G6c8m22 gives 20% off too.

Iggi999 · 20/09/2015 13:43

Thanks Legopiece Smile. What if we buy what we want this week, then return it on Friday if the prices suit us better? They do no-questions-asked returns don't they?

LalaDipsey · 20/09/2015 13:53

Thankyou to whoever posted the dinosaur train Amazon link - T-Rex which roars down from £34.99 to £12 - it's just arrived and it's ENORMOUS - a real bargain for £12. Ref the 342 at Argos - I just totted up the price of the 3 items I want from Amazon and it came to £105.76; the same 3 items using 342 would work out at £107 so hardly anything in it and I don't need to leave the house to collect things with Amazon Grin definitely worth checking first

BeamingBrenda · 20/09/2015 14:31

Prices normally rise at Argos.

I need two items that are currently less than half price. I'm not waiting for the 3 for 2.

PoopPoooDeDooo · 20/09/2015 14:43

Can anyone remember where the personalised face cloths were from a few years ago?
