You need to watch plastic toys coming from China as they can be quite flimsy.

Argos sent me an email advertising up to half price in some toys. Might be worth a look. I'm struggling this year as the kids have no idea what they want and I'm reluctant to buy lots of unasked for toys even if they are bargains. No idea what is wrong with me!

Sorry to slightly hijack, I need some small wooden vehicles that will fit in toddler hand, but am struggling to find any at a reasonable price . Would AliExpress be any good or should I be concerned wheels etc will fall off and be eaten by said toddler!

On te subject of vehicles my 2 year old is fascinated with the one toy car we have out of dh's old set that when you pull it back it then drives off on its own, does anyone know what they're called as I'd like to buy more!
