My list is, (alright a small portion of what I want is

Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir perfume.

Gordon Ramsay's autobiography.

Some new slippers - glam ones if poss.

What does everyone else actually want to receive for themselves - you never know, DHs and DPs could be lurking on here!

I'd be quite happy with just a stocking filler though

mustcackleorsuckbloodmore · 25/10/2006 21:08

A few hours to read a book; not done that for 8 months or so.
A tummy tuck.
Enough money for a thrice weekly childminder so I could go to the gym.
Perfume; it ran out a few months ago.
To go back in time and remeber how to be me.

Gingerbear · 03/11/2006 13:20

SSSandy · 03/11/2006 13:26

Bet I get a frying pan though

mumfor1standfinaltime · 03/11/2006 13:30

Bucketsofburntdinosaurs · 03/11/2006 16:35

Sebastian Laminates Drops hair serum £19 a pop. Have finally run out of the bottle I bought for half that price in the USA 4years ago.
CANNOT bring myself to buy it myself.

oxocube · 03/11/2006 18:30

perfume
several cookery books
a potato masher (mine broke last week)
some photo frames
lots of silly little things like a pastry brush, Ralgex bubble bath etc

danceswithmonkeys · 03/11/2006 18:38

A 24" red le Creuset casserole
Peter Kay's autobiography
some snuggly bed socks (daaaamn it's cold now)
Hugh Jackman
A new rug for the lounge
Molton Brown moisturiser

I could go on...

Mummymonster · 03/11/2006 18:52

TBh I've not even given the idea a second thought. New DMs, and a wormery, the sort of compost maker that composts the waste down in stages and produces a liquid manure at the bottom. I have no grass to stand a traditional composter on so it seems like a solution.

Mummymonster · 03/11/2006 18:54

I do believeI've requested a swiss army knife too

largewhizzingrocketandtonic · 04/11/2006 08:38

Bucketsofburndinosaurs is it really that good? Hope you come back to this thread. I am always looking for something to tame my big frizzy mop, i wear it straight and curly. Most serum just seems to clog. Please return.... Im on the May antenatal thread if you do come back.

Bucketsofburntdinosaurs · 04/11/2006 20:15

Yeah I love Sebastian Drops although my hair's just wavy not curly. I know hairdressers hate anything like this or Pantene that coat the hairs in teflon because it affects colour absorption but I love the way it makes my hair feel (and lasts ages).

handlemecarefully · 04/11/2006 20:30

I'd like my car valeted

  • because (a) it is filthy and (b)it doesn't involve a consumer good that will ultimately end up in landfill
McDreamy · 04/11/2006 20:32

I would like a Tiffany necklace and Trinny and Suzannah's new book

hugeheadofhair · 04/11/2006 20:34

A Sportacus outfit for my husband!

(Do they exist? Anyone...?)

handlemecarefully · 04/11/2006 20:36

Would he look good in it headofhair? masses of if so...

It's a dreadful thing to say but my dh (much as I love him) in a sportacus outfit would be ....a disappointment

hugeheadofhair · 04/11/2006 20:39

Allrightish, I think (hope). It would certainly be a great laugh!!!!
I'll get him to do some moves as well
ROFL

handlemecarefully · 04/11/2006 20:41

splutter! - you minx!!!

hugeheadofhair · 04/11/2006 20:43

A girl's gotta have some fun, one way or another, eh?

largewhizzingrocketandtonic · 04/11/2006 22:25

Thanx bucketofdinosaurs! I will look out for it.

Mc Dreamy i have a tiffany coffee bean necklace and a tiffany minibeads bracelet that i got for christmas last year. They have never been worn though cos i found out now exp had been having an affair! Shame to let them be ruined for someone that would love them though, have a look at the tiffany website and if you like them you can have them for 30 squids! They are pretty i just cant bring myself to wear them, and new DH would have a fit You can find me on the May antenatal thread.

Bucketsofburntdinosaurs · 05/11/2006 09:46

Friend of mine actually fancies Robbie Rotten I can't dig Sportacus because I can't help being dubious about his relationship with that little girl.

ratclare · 05/11/2006 16:39

cant think of anything as husband already scuppered list by saying 'nothing with a heartbeat' ! someone to teach me how to put makeup on ,that would be useful as im atotal novice when it comes to all things beauty
